In just a short time online, one can stumble on some truly amazing pieces of art that make dreams one didn't even know one had come true. Reimagining popular characters, either from movies, tv shows or anime, as Disney characters is one theme that a lot of artists seem to love to make their own. you can find anything from GoT characters to your favorite My Hero Academia characters reimagined as popular Disney characters. Here is a small taste of what the world of fanart has in stores:

10 Alice in Wonderland: Midoriya, Todoroki, Bokugou, Uraraka & Shigaraki

Starting off with the talented Uppipupepo who drew an Alice in Wonderland Ft Boku no Hero Academia fanart which can be found on Pixiv.

The artist nailed the association of characters; each character from My Hero Academia is represented as exactly the character they could have been in Alice in Wonderland: Bakugo is none other than the White Rabbit, Todoroki is the Mad Hatter, Uraraka is the little mouse who's can't stand the word 'cat', Shigaraki is, of course, the Cheshire cat and Midoriya is none other than Alice!

9 Zootopia - Bakugo & Uraraka

Now here is an unlikely duo everyone would love to see more of in the anime: Bakugo and Uraraka. Their distinctively opposite personalities remind us of another unlikely duo from the movie Zootopia, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.

Although the choice of having Bakugo as Judy and Uraraka as Nick cam be surprising at first, it becomes more and more obvious as one thinks about it, that it is in fact, the best and only swap possible for these characters. We definitely need to see Bakugo and Uraraka together more often! Art by Sachi

8 Mulan: Bakugo & Midoriya

Mikeydoodles has a lot of pieces showing characters from My Hero Academia reimagined as both Disney characters and characters from other anime, such as Taki and Mitsuha from Your Name,  but a piece that stands out by its accuracy in terms of character representation is the one above.

All interactions between Midoriya and Bakugo resemble this exact scene from the movie Mulan. It's almost possible to hear Midoriya's nervous laugh as Bakugo approaches to reprimand him. You can find more pieces from this artist on DeviantArt.

7 Aladdin & Jasmine: Sero & Mina

Here are two side characters that the anime could only benefit from featuring more, Sero and Ashido, reimagined as Aladdin and Jasmine. Beyond the art being amazing, it reminds us of two characters that deserve more screen time.

There's no romance in My Hero Academia, which is a good thing because enough is happening without adding complicated, unnecessary romances between teenagers. After all, their goal is to be heroes and defend people from evil, but seeing this fanart, it really makes us wonder what secretly happens between the characters. Art by Watergirl93

6 Cinderella and Prince Charming: Mirio and Eri

This next fanart could not be more perfect: Mirio as Princess Charming and Eri-chan as Cinderella. Mirio is such an incredible character and he deserves all the praise. He is the kindest person, he is funny, optimistic and always ready to help others.

Of course, he had to be Prince Charming, it couldn't have been any other way. As for Eri-chan, her character also fits the Cinderella-type character which adds to the sweetness of this picture. Much like Cinderella, she wasn't looking for her prince, but meeting him changed her life. Art by artsy_stitch22

5 The Lion King: Aizawa

This next fanart is so amazing and so funny! Reimagining Aizawa as a character from the Lion King is absolutely unique and it was done incredibly well. The resemblance to the original character is almost uncanny, and it's easy to see what could have inspired this piece of art.

Aizawa's full head of crazy hair and his big scarf look a lot like a lion's mane and the color pallet used for his character also resembles a certain villain from everyone's favorite Disney movie: Scar. The two characters also have a similar personality in the sense that they are both very intelligent yet underestimated and they like to be left alone. They're almost interchangeable! 4 Tarzan & Jane: Tetsutetsu & Kendo

Here's another piece of amazing art from Watergirl93 centered around two side characters. Kendo and TetsuTetsu are both from class 1-B and it's such a shame that they barely ever appear in the show. They are both incredibly strong students and ranked respectively in 5th and 8th place at the U.A Entrance Exam.

Reimagining them as Tarzan and Jane makes so much and perfectly fits their personalities. Kendo is kind, level-headed, polite, clever and stronger than she appears while TetsuTetsu bases his combat style on instinct and lets his emotions take over. Together, they make an amazing team, just like Jane and Tarzan!

3 Aladdin: All-Might, Uraraka & Midoriya

It seems that Aladdin is a popular Disney movie that inspires a lot of artists out there because a lot of My Hero Academia fan art is based on it. In this picture, we can see Uraraka as a Jasmine, Midoriya as Aladdin and All-Might as the Genie, which would definitely work in an anime retelling of Aladdin.

The comic-like style of the picture is very unique and works great for All-Might's legendary comic-smile. Adding to that Uraraka and Midoriya's priceless expression of pure awe, and you have the perfect sneak-peak to a comic/anime retelling that needs to happen!

2 Prince Charming & Beast: Iida & Todoroki

Dounatuchoko is a very talented artist and thankfully for us all, a big fan of My Hero Academia. The art above is beautiful and so detailed: the outfits are almost identical to the ones worn by the Disney characters. What is always great is that the artist included Iida who is a character that is often put aside in favor of more popular characters such as Todoroki.

But fear not, because the artist has something in stock for everyone and has, in fact, a whole series of these My Hero Academia characters reimagined as Disney characters, including one of Bakugo as Flynn Rider and Kaminari as the Mad Hatter.

1 Snow White: Asui, Ayumi, Koda & Toga

It's always nice to see some side characters get the love they deserve and this last fanart is stocked full of them, starting with Asui. She is an awesome character with a great personality and a cool quirk and she deserves to have her moment of glory. Tokoyami has to be one of the most unique students in class 1-A and he is too often put aside in favor of the most popular character.

The same goes for Koda who is hands down the loveliest character in the series. And who else but Toga could have been the Evil Queen in disguise? Her quirk fits this role like a glove. Art by AyumiTsukada
