Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia starts out as entirely quirkless. He dreams of being a great hero despite this, but only gets opposition at every turn. Even Deku's his mother who, instead of telling him to never give up on his dreams, simply tells him that she's sorry that things turned out this way.
Izuku ends up inheriting One For All from All Might, but this actually isn't the only quirk that Izuku gains access to. As of Chapter 344 of the My Hero Academia manga, it's been confirmed that Izuku has access to not one, but six different quirks. Anime-only fans might not know much about these quirks or that Deku can use them.
6 Beginning With The Original Quirk, Izuku Gains One For All
One For All is the first Quirk that Izuku gains access to; he was chosen to inherit it as All Might's successor. In the beginning, Izuku has to break his own body in order to use his power and it escalates to the point that Recovery Girl refuses to heal any more of his injuries.
This leads to Izuku taking an internship under Gran Torino where he learns to use a very small percentage of his power without any recourse to his body. Izuku has honed this skill over time, being shown to use up to twenty percent of his full power for short bursts without any physical repercussions.
5 Blackwhip Is A Destructive Power Channeled By Izuku's Anger
Blackwhip's original user, Daigoro, was able to use it for mid-air maneuverability as well as grappling enemies. By the time Izuku uses it, the quirk's evolved drastically in power and scope because of One For All.
Blackwhip explodes out of Izuku when he becomes enraged and causes him great pain. Even when he's able to use a less-powerful version, it leaves him with a numbing pain. As time goes on, though, as long as he doesn't go above five percent of his power and remains calm, he can use Blackwhip for the same reasons as Daigoro without suffering immense drawbacks.
4 Izuku Can Use Danger Sense To Predict Attacks & Hunt Down Villains
Danger Sense is a quirk originally used by Hikage, the fourth holder of One For All. Izuku is able to awaken it during the Paranormal Liberation War, but he doesn't realize what it is at first and the new signals being sent through his brain nearly overwhelm him. He has to fight to simply stay conscious and standing, but with time he learns to control the ability.
While Izuku is hunting down the League of Villains, he's able to use his Danger Sense to sense where villains are and track them down. He can also use Danger Sense to dodge attacks, but depending on the speed of his opponents, this isn't always helpful.
3 Fa Jin Allows Izuku To Store Up Energy & Unleash It In One Full Burst, Similar To Bakugo
Fa Jin is originally the quirk of the third One For All user that's later inherited by Izuku. This ability is somewhat similar to Bakugo's ability to store up his own sweat, later using it to make his explosions more powerful, but for Izuku it can only be used for a one-time burst of power.
When combined with forty-five percent of One For All's power, Izuku is able to use Fa Jin to replicate a one-hundred percent power smash without all of the normal physical drawbacks. He's first shown using this against Lady Nagant, where he uses it to increase his speed to rescue Kai Chisaki and then finishes by using Fa Jin to execute a faux one-hundred percent smash to defeat his opponent.
2 Float Is Inherited By Izuku From Nana & Allows Him To Safely Evade Enemy Attacks
Float is Nana Shimura's quirk, the seventh user of One For All, and is later inherited by Izuku. It's different from most of his other quirks in that it doesn't have any combative capabilities, but it's incredibly helpful for evading enemy attacks.
Izuku first awakens Float during the war on the Paranormal Liberation Front. He's able to dodge Tomura's attacks while simultaneously using Blackwhip to pull his allies to safety. He later uses it to remain suspended in the sky when he fights Muscular, making it incredibly easy for him to dodge attacks.
1 Smokescreen Allows Izuku To Hide Himself While Preparing Attacks Or To Escape Enemy Fire
En is the sixth user of One For All, as well as the character who originally held the Smokescreen Quirk that Izuku later inherits. Smokescreen allows its user to emit a thick cloud of smoke from their body.
Izuku first awakens Smokescreen shortly after the Paranormal Liberation War. He's able to unleash a big cloud of smoke, but it backfires by also obscuring Izuku's own vision. Later, he's able to use Smokescreen to cover the streets and lure Muscular towards him.
