My Hero Academia is filled with some amazing Quirks. While most hero shows have characters with basic abilities like flight and super strength, this series takes all that to the next level. This is especially true with Midoriya Izuku's Quirk, which has the same vibes as the Avatar State from Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Not only does Midoriya have super strength, but he can also access the Quirks of the past users of One For All. It's definitely a pretty cool Quirk, and it takes someone strong enough like All Might to handle it, but whether it's the best Quirk or not is up for debate. With all the Quirks in the My Hero Academia universe, there are definitely a few that are stronger or more useful than Deku's Quirk.

10 Aizawa Has The Most Useful Quirk

Aizawa from MHA using his Quirk

Aizawa may not be super strong or fast, but he definitely has the most useful Quirk. Any villain is stopped in their tracks by just a look from Aizawa, and that's because he can nullify Quirks. It greatly evens the playing field between Aizawa and everyone else, since they can't use their Quirk against him. The only downside is he can't erase mutant Quirks, but he's shown that he can very easily work around that. It's no wonder his students respect and fear him, considering he can make them powerless with a single look.

9 Yaoyorozu Has The Most Versatile Quirk

Momo using her Quirk

Having the ability to make anything one can think of in the blink of an eye is pretty powerful. There are several caveats to Yaoyorozu's Quirk, like the fact that she needs to know the chemical makeup of something before she can create it, but with her intelligence, that isn't much of an issue for her. She can perfectly assist her comrades by providing first aid or protection, like the time she gave everyone gas masks during the Forest Training Arc. She can also defend herself by creating huge weapons like bombs and cannons. Yaoyorozu's Quirk is definitely the most versatile and way more useful than any other Quirk.

8 Todoroki Has An Overpowered Quirk

Shoto Todoroki using his fire in My Hero Academia.

Considering Todoroki's Quirk is made to be the best, it makes sense for it to be one of the most powerful Quirks. It's his father's and mother's Quirks combined, canceling out each other's downsides. While his siblings each have one of their parent's Quirks, Todoroki's is a perfect mix.

Ice and fire are incredibly powerful on their own, but Todoroki can even use them together to great effect. While most think of his Quirk as being purely offensive, he has been seen using his ice to defend himself and others. Considering that both their Quirks are incredibly overpowered, it's no wonder his and Midoriya's match during the sports festival was so explosive.

7 Overhaul's Quick Is Deadly In The Wrong Hands

Chikase activating his Overhaul Quirk in MHA.

Overhaul may be a villain, but he has a pretty useful Quirk. He can deconstruct objects and reconstruct them in any way he sees fit. Unfortunately, he chooses to use his Quirk in horrific ways, but he's shown that his Quick can actually be used for good if Overhaul wanted to. He has the ability to cure ailments and diseases, but instead, he chooses to murder and torture people. In the right hands, a Quirk like his is an incredibly useful tool, but in the wrong hands, it's proven to be a deadly weapon against the heroes.

6 Eri's Quirk Has The Most Potential

Eri smiling broadly as she tastes a candy apple

Eri's Quirk is not only the most powerful, but it has the most potential. She can reverse time to a point before someone exists, which is pretty terrifying, but incredibly useful when done correctly. Old injuries and diseases can be completely removed from a person's body simply by reversing the clock. Not to mention, she can heal someone at death's door because her Quirk doesn't have the limitations that Recovery Girl's has. Eri may not have complete control of her Quick now, but she has the potential to be an incredibly powerful hero one day.

5 Mirio's Quirk Is Unstoppable

Mirio beating class 1-A

It makes sense that Mirio would have been in the running to receive One For All, considering how dedicated a hero he is. Not to mention, he manages to use an incredibly complicated Quirk like it's nothing. His Quirk, Permeation, lets him pass through objects, but it has a lot of drawbacks. The fact that he manages to use his Quirk so efficiently shows how talented he is.

He manages to beat nearly all of class 1-A without even trying because none of their Quirks are able to counter him. It's likely that Todoroki and Bakugo would have met the same fate if they tried to fight Mirio, and that's because of how unstoppable his Quirk is.

4 Bakugo Thinks Outside Of The Box

Bakugo in his hero outfit

It isn't the flashiness of Bakugo's Quirk that makes it so powerful, but how he uses it. An explosion Quirk by itself isn't all that versatile, but Bakugo takes his Quirk to the next level by using it for both power and speed. Only Bakugo would think to use his Quirk to propel himself, and by the time of his work-study with Endeavor, he's practically mastered flight. It's no wonder Midoriya has resorted to copying Bakugo's moves because when it comes to thinking outside of the box, Bakugo is #1.

3 Recovery Girl Has The Most Important Quirk

My Hero Academia Recovery Girl

UA would be lost without Recovery Girl, which is something the series establishes really early on. She may not be a fighter, but without her, the students wouldn't be able to take so many risks. Her Quirk needs to use a person's own energy to heal them, but her healing still reduces the amount of time someone is out of the fight significantly. At the end of the day, the healer is the most important member of any team, and UA is incredibly lucky to have Recovery Girl, especially considering healing Quirks are so rare.

2 Kaminari Is A Powerhouse

Kaminari Charges The Tractor In My Hero Academia Heroes Rising

Kaminari is going to be a powerhouse when he finally masters his Quirk. He can already produce a large amount of electricity, but he just needs to figure out how to do that without turning himself into a brain-dead zombie. Since he is a bit of a jokester, people tend to underestimate Kaminari and his Quirk, but he can actually do a lot of damage with it. On top of that, he's shown on many occasions that he can assist with relief efforts by providing power. Kaminari has a lot of growing to do, but even now he has a nearly unstoppable Quirk.

1 All For One Has A Monster Quirk

All For One, the main antagonist of My Hero Academia, after his final defeat at the hands of All Might

For how powerful One For All is, All For One is even more powerful, which makes sense considering the two have been at war for decades. While One For All can enhance every new user of the Quirk, All For One has nearly unlimited access to as many Quirks as he wants. Not to mention, he can freely give and take Quirks, which he has used to gain power over others. All For One's Quirk is scary and powerful, which makes it hard to believe Midoriya might have to face him one day.
