All For One is the main antagonist of My Hero Academia and a man with a terrifying Quirk. With only a single touch, he can steal peoples' abilities, choosing either to keep them for himself or pass them down to one of his underlings.

There are hundreds of abilities too weak for All For One to consider, which is both a blessing and a curse to heroes across Japan. Conversely, the villain may find some Quirks so attractive and useful that he would target their users in order to steal them.

10 Rewind Could Allow All For One To Restore His Body

Eri's "Rewind" Quirk was extremely powerful. It made her the basis of Overhaul's experiments since it could potentially restore or take away her target's powers. It has even been hypothesized that, with enough control, Eri would be able to fix Mirio's Quirklessness.

All For One would target her in order to heal his body, restoring him to optimal condition. Since he is well older than any other living character, he has the experience to control Rewind's unstable power toward his own ends.

9 Permeation Would Significantly Increase All For One's Defensive Abilities

Mirio's "Permeation" Quirk allows him to phase through solid objects easily. He can adjust his limbs so seamlessly that he was even able to defeat all of Class 1-A without any injuries.

Like Rewind, Permeation has downsides. The Quirk requires skill and practice to learn, especially since an unprepared user might fall through the planet's core. Nonetheless, even if All For One felt too uncomfortable with using the power himself, he'd love to bestow it on a henchman in hopes that they would become a valuable and loyal asset to him.

8 Hellflame Would Enhance All For One's Ranged Arsenal

Endeavor's "Hellflame" was an incredibly powerful Quirk. At its full potential, it could incinerate massive skyscrapers in a single stroke and even destroy opponents on a molecular level. Anything less would have been insufficient when defeating High-End.

Hellflame's only downside is that excessive application can overheat the user. However, there are plenty of water-based Quirks to keep All For One refreshed if he manages to steal Endeavor's power. Hellflame would be particularly useful since it balances out the villain's melee-heavy Quirk collection.

7 New Order Was Arguably The Most Powerful Quirk In History

Star And Stripe greets Tomura

"New Order" was a Quirk originally belonging to Star And Stripe. Able to assign qualities to herself or others, it was such an appealing power that Shigaraki and All For One targeted her directly.

In the end, Star And Stripe could not simultaneously save everyone, so she decided to sacrifice herself. However, instead of enhancing the villains' arsenal exponentially, she applied a condition that crippled their ability to fight. Nonetheless, should New Order have been taken from her without time to prepare, it would have made All For One an unbeatable warrior.

6 Pump Up Is Useful In The Right Hands

Deku fights Muscular, My Hero Academia

"Pump Up" was a Quirk belonging to Muscular. As its name suggests, it enhances the fibrous muscles in his body and allows him to control them as if they were separate limbs. At full capacity, Pump Up withstood abuse from One For All and nearly even defeated Deku.

While Muscular is in All For One's employ, his defeat time and again suggests that someone else could make better use of his power. A potential replacement is especially likely when considering that a single character can use multiple Quirks.

5 Erasure Would Give All For One Control In Every Fight

Eraserhead unleashes his shroud in My Hero Academia.

Aizawa's "Erasure" Quirk allows him to negate other peoples' abilities so long as he's staring directly at them. This was an incredibly useful asset, as proven when thwarting Shigaraki's invasion of U.A High.

Unfortunately for All For One, the "Erasure" ability requires a set of eyes in order to use properly. Nonetheless, it would be a tremendous asset if given to one of his subordinates since it would make defeating other powerful heroes like Star And Stripe or Endeavor much easier.

4 Overhaul Would Help With All For One's Stamina Immensely

Kai Chisaki's "Overhaul" Quirk would benefit All For One greatly. Although some of its potential uses are redundant, like fusing with henchmen to gain their powers or defeating opponents with a single touch, others round out the villain's deficits nicely.

For example, recovering from any injury with a single touch could've helped All For One fight All Might indefinitely at the battle for Kamino. Additionally, the earth spikes it generates provide a valuable ranged weapon and essential control over the battlefield.

3 Foresight Would Benefit All For One's Reflexes

Nighteye's "Foresight" allowed him to see into the future. In theory, he could anticipate virtually anything, only vowing never to look past the first several seconds after accidentally glimpsing All Might's death. Provided that All For One is not afraid of the truth, he would be able to harness Nighteye's power far better than the hero ever could.

Anticipating what is to come would enhance All For One's reflexes and allow him to make preparations even if his defeat is inevitable. Considering the villain's power and resources, he is best equipped to make full use of Foresight's potential.

2 Brainwashing Would Let All For One Subdue Those Who Don't Serve Willingly

Shinso's "Brainwashing" Quirk allows him to make temporary slaves of those who answer his statements. When calibrated with a voice changer, it's incredibly powerful in team settings. Since All For One is a master of antagonizing his adversaries, he'd likely be able to get them to respond to him.

After paralyzing the opposition, he could safely steal their Quirk, then do whatever he wanted with them. However, All For One would only be able to make use of this ability a few times before word got out that he had it.

1 All For One Longs To Reclaim One For All

Deku using One For All in My Hero Academia.

Decades ago, All For One imparted the allegedly useless "One For All" Quirk to his brother in hopes of winning his loyalty. Failing to realize what it could do, the power has been passed down from user to user until it eventually led to the villain's defeat.

Now that it is fully optimized in Deku's hands, All For One longs to reclaim the Quirk that once was his. Not only would it significantly enhance his own physical strength, but it might also serve as a powerful symbolic gesture of evil's complete dominion over society.
