However, not only does Re-Destro's Quirk provide him a layer of defense (proven when it reduced the spread of Shigaraki's Decay when touching him), his battle armor would make it virtually impossible for any of Sasori's ninja tools to have an effect. Considering that he wields enough raw force to obliterate buildings, Re-Destro would have no issue crushing Sasori's constructs and ripping him limb from limb.
9 Would Lose To: Barragan's Senescence Would Reduce Re-Destro Into Nothingness (Bleach)
Barragan's senescence was a virtually unstoppable weapon. Anything it made contact with began to decay rapidly, forcing the subject to amputate whatever was exposed.
Considering that Re-Destro's armor does not protect him completely against withering abilities (as proven when Shigaraki touched it), it follows that he'd only be encumbered by what was supposed to be his greatest defense. This would allow Barragan a comfortable victory, especially since his senescence could nullify any of his opponent's Stress-based energy projectiles.
8 Could Beat: Not Even Katara's Bloodbending Could Save Her (Avatar)
Katara may be proficient enough at waterbending to create icicles from air moisture, but she still poses no threat against Re-Destro. The villain was so durable that he shrugged off a building falling on him, making his opponent's attacks trivial in comparison.
Katara's only option would be to employ bloodbending, an art that she has sworn off. Even if she uses it, Re-Destro could resist through his abnormally high physical strength (similarly to how Mako did during the battle against Amon).
7 Would Lose To: Risotto's Stand Would Turn Re-Destro's Armor Against Him (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind)
Risotto's Metallica Stand allows him to control iron so meticulously that he could even extract it from his opponents' bodies. This would allow him to circumvent Re-Destro's Stress Quirk and attack him directly while remaining invisible to avoid brutal retaliation.
Given that Re-Destro is unaware of how his opponent's Stand works, he would feel pressured into activating his armor after taking substantial injury. However, such a strategy would only guarantee his demise, as Risotto could turn his gear into a makeshift tomb.
6 Could Beat: Re-Destro Could Keep Stain From Harming Him Easily (My Hero Academia)
Stain displayed superb mobility when confronting Deku, Todoroki, and Iida simultaneously. His mastery over blades suggests that he could close the distance with Re-Destro, especially if he has yet to fully transform.
However, Stain has never displayed enough raw physical strength to cut through Re-Destro's armor. Moreover, Re-Destro can repel him by slamming the ground with such formidable might that it causes massive shockwaves. Considering how badly Stain was staggered from a single punch by Deku, his low durability would be exploited.

As a giant, Diane wields legendary strength. She could smash through buildings with ease and terraform the earth with the assistance of her Gideon. This suggests that she could control the battlefield in a fight with Re-Destro and continuously force him on the defensive.
Given Re-Destro's superior mobility on account of his jet thrusters, he might be able to attack her with an energy projectile. However, Diane's "Heavy Metal" would nullify its effect, ruining the villain's chance of defeating her and catching him off-guard long enough to be destroyed.
4 Could Beat: Arlong Lacks Re-Destro's Size & Strength (One Piece)
Arlong was a Fish-Man with unusually high strength and durability. He could shrug off blows from Luffy (which were powerful enough to destroy battleships at the time) and crush stone with a monstrous swing of his fist.
However, Re-Destro's energy projectiles were lethal enough to obliterate everything in their path. Moreover, he is significantly taller and stronger than Arlong, suggesting that the Fish-Man would never stand a chance even if they fought in close quarters where he would be most efficient.
3 Would Lose To: Gon's Balance Of Speed & Strength Would Overwhelm Re-Destro (Hunter X Hunter)
Gon's perfect balance of agility and raw power would overwhelm Re-Destro easily. He was fast enough to leave after-images of himself (proven against Hisoka during the battle at Heaven's Arena) and strong enough to push doors that weighed several tons.
Not only can he concentrate Nen throughout his body to resist Re-Destro's attacks, he is able to hit him from any distance using his "Rock, Paper, Scissors" techniques. Re-Destro's only advantage is his immense durability, though it alone wouldn't save him from the Hunter's unmitigated fury.
2 Could Beat: Re-Destro Could Blast Through Reiner's Armor (Attack On Titan)
As the Armored Titan, Reiner possesses the most durability of his shifting brethren. He was strong enough to throw a tank effortlessly, as well as plow through dozens of pure titans at once.
However, Reiner's protective shell was broken by thunder spears, the blasts of a naval armada, and even Eren's crystallized fist.
