All Might from My Hero Academia is, without a doubt, one of the most inspiring heroes in today's media. And that's even taking his retirement and diminishing Quirk into account. Naturally, a character as iconic as he has generated plenty of memorable quotes. Many of those quotes spark inspiration in fans.
They make fans want to be better people and even inspire them to be heroes. Nearly any All Might quote is sure to contain wisdom and truth that lifts spirits in a way only a hero can, but some quotes are definitely better than others. All Might's hero career might be over but he's left plenty of tidbits to guide future heroes.

13 "It's Not Bad To Dream. But You Also Have To Consider What's Realistic."
While this quote seems like kind of a downer instead of an inspiration, it still carries a great deal of wisdom and truth. Holding one's head up and continuing to gaze toward the future is an important and admirable skill. But it's just as important to remember that everyone has limits and they're only capable of so much. So whenever someone fails to reach that faraway goal, they can console themselves that they did their best and appreciate where they ended up.
12 "Just Believe In Yourself, And You Can Become A Hero!"
These words are surely what any of All Might's students want to hear during training. This is the kind of phrase that's meant to light a fire in one's belly and inspire them to push past their limits. In many cases, people imagine their limits are closer than they actually are. It's not until someone inspires them to really challenge themselves that growth can occur. Having faith in oneself can be a difficult undertaking, but it's ultimately the belief in oneself that will push them further.
11 "Meddling When You Don't Need To...Is The Essence Of Being A Hero."
The wisdom in this quote is so deep and universal that it'd be strange if All Might never said it at all. But he did and that shows how seriously All Might views being a hero. The world is full of coincidences and events that happen without intervention, most of the time without any issue.
But those circumstances where something doesn't seem quite right are the ones that desperately need outside meddling. Sometimes people are too fragile or shortsighted to seek help.

Who can forget that iconic moment in which All Might – the Symbol of Peace himself – bowed down in front of Deku's mother and made this pledge? It was surely an amazing moment for the fans, but Deku must have felt like every one of his dreams came true at once. And Deku's mother must have felt both shock and relief that such a renowned hero practically begged to train her son.
9 "It Is Fine Now. Why? Because I Am Here!"
All Might is the Symbol of Peace, so he can get away with statements like this. Any other hero would come off as cocky or condescending if they tried this line. But with All Might, it's a promise. He's promising to save the day and all of the people around him. And thus, there's a collective sigh of relief when he utters a proclamation such as this. Everyone can rest assured that All Might will come through.
8 "The Slight Difference Between Those Who Always Aim For The Top And Those Who Don't…It'll Come To Matter In A Big Way Once You All Emerge Into Society."
This quote is both inspiring and a really good point. It's easy to forget that All Might is so much more than a beefy hero. He may not be as intelligent as Midoriya, but he's still an extremely bright person. And he certainly understands how to read people and their motives.
As a teacher for the future heroes of the series, this quote holds special meaning. All Might is actually analyzing his students while trying to teach them a lesson at the same time.
7 "The Most Inflated Egos Are Often The Most Fragile."
This may not seem like the most inspiring quote at face value but it shows that All Might has once again proven his innate understanding of human nature and all of the weaknesses within. It's actually quite powerful and inspiring to know that he sees through this front that people present to the world. More than that, he sees the humanity within those people. This is exactly the type of person who should be the Symbol of Peace.

All Might has known for the entire series that his power was on the decline. That's obvious, being a major premise of the series. What is both impressive and inspiring is how much All Might got done despite that decline and how many risks he took despite it all. This quote and its context demonstrate All Might's prodigious strength and commitment to being the Symbol of Peace.
5 "Whether You Win Or Lose...You Can Always Come Out Ahead By Learning From The Experience."
One thing many people seem to lose sight of is the value of losing. After all, it's all too easy to see the negative parts of a loss before the positives. But All Might is here to correct that mistake. He also reminds fans of how much there is to learn, regardless of whether it's a win or loss. There's always something to take home from this quote.

Hearing All Might confess to having fears paints him in a realistic light, reminding fans that even the Symbol of Peace can be afraid. Hearing his coping mechanisms is powerful. And knowing that he smiles (the iconic smile everyone knows and loves) in order to suppress that fear is equally as powerful. There's something inspiring in knowing the truth of that. These words surely inspire Deku at least as much as fans.

All Might is an amazing teacher. His ability to understand human nature is unparalleled, and thus he'll always find a way to connect to and inspire his students. And his awareness also extends to himself. He knows what he's going to have to pour into training Deku if he wants his successor to be the next Symbol of Peace. But he's also painfully aware of the fact that Deku is his own person, and thus a different hero in his own right. It's a perspective neither of them can afford to lose.

This quote perfectly sums up everything that is All Might is. He's the type of hero that will push himself to the limit every single time.
