The book chronicles his meteoric rise to dominance in the pop/funk music scene.

Michael L. Frizell writes the 32-page comic book with art by Ernesto Lovera. The comic book will feature two collectible covers by famed artist Iordan Terziiski and Ernesto Lovera

"Writing Fame: Prince was like reliving my teenage years. For me, the music scene wasn't defined by Michael Jackson, despite his success with Thriller. The 80's, and music in general for me, were defined by Prince. He takes chances in his music, doesn't sell out as an artist in order to make money, and still ends up on top. To this day, his music speaks to me. I hope I was able to bring some of his power to the comic page through my script." says writer Michael Frizell.

Bluewater has focused other musicians in the past such as Madonna, Michael Jackson, Drake, 50 Cent, Beyonce, Adele, Cher and more.

Upcoming biography comic book subjects include: Sharon Osbourne and Johnny Depp.
