Diamond Select Toys has begun to reveal its San Diego Comic Con 2020 exclusives, and one of them is an Exclusive Box Set featuring the band Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem from The Muppets.
Though SDCC has announced that it will be digital this year -- after having to cancel its annual event because of coronavirus (COVID-19) -- fans can still expect to see an array of exclusives that will be available for purchase. One such item is the Muppets SDCC 2020 Electric Mayhem Deluxe Action Figure Box Set.
"The Electric Mayhem reunites on stage (in action figure form) as an all-new, super-detailed box set," Diamond Select Toys said in its description of the product. The set features the popular band from The Muppets and has, for the first time, Dr. Teeth and Zoot joining Animal, Floyd Pepper and Janice in "deluxe stage packaging" and "a three-tiered window box with a fifth-panel door." Sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios, the exclusive is limited to only 3,000 pieces.
The Electric Mayhem Action Figure Box Set is available to preorder now for US only orders through Diamond Select Toys and US and international orders through Gentle Giant LTD.
Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem debuted on The Muppet Show in 1975. The band has appeared in various Muppet media, contributing their musical prowess and working with other Muppets, such as Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Gonzo.
