The Multiversal Masters of Evil chew the scenery in a selection of variant covers that were leaked in advance of the hotly anticipated Avengers #750, due in November.
Artwork is coming from Rob Liefeld, Simone Bianchi and Ed McGuinness, among others, Marvel teased. McGuinness' piece will showcase the villainous league. The specters of Doctor Doom, Kid Thanos and an extra-beastly incarnation of Wolverine grace his variant, with Marvel Stormbreaker Carmen Carnero issuing a "beautiful depiction of Scarlet Witch and Vision" in her work.
Liefeld's variant boasts his rendition of the antiheroic Deadpool, a character he created as a supervillain with writer Fabian Nicieza, springing to action alongside Black Panther.
The focus is on She-Hulk in Ron Lim's variant, while Bianchi takes the same subject and gives his cover a dose of chiaroscuro. Marcos Martin's contribution evokes a collage with his image of the Avengers as works of art on display.
"Continuing Jason Aaron's Marvel Universe-reshaping run, AVENGERS #750 will be a 96-page supersized issue consisting of multiple game changing stories by an all-star lineup of creators," reads the release.
