Mulder 'Can't Do It Alone' In First 'X-Files' Revival Trailers

UPDATE, 9/29/2015 1:30 PM PT: An extended version of the two previously aired trailers has been released, and can be viewed below.

Original story: The truth is apparently still out there somewhere. Even 13 years later.

That's because tonight Fox dropped a two-part trailer for the return of The X-Files to TV this January 26. A straight continuation of the original '90s phenomenon and its two movie sequels, the series reteams Agents Mulder and Scully. In the first part, the former declares "In 2002, our investigation ceased, but my personal obsession did not" before admitting he can't continue his crusade alone before reassembling the series classic team of FBI agents.

The show's return will run as a six-episode mini series in the new year. You can see the full, official trailer below, followed by the the two halves aired over the course of Fox's Monday night programming.
