For many fans, Kamala Khan (aka Ms. Marvel) is one of the most powerful characters to come from the Marvel Universe. Not just because of her raw strength, but because of her passion, determination, and ability to face any challenge and come out on top.

As with any character, there are some feats that stand out among the rest. Here are the ten most impressive displays of Kamala Khan's power, ranked accordingly. This list should be enough to prove her power, and her status as a hero.

10 Staying True To Herself

One thing that is always so impressive about Kamala Khan is her ability to stay true to herself. Now, that may not sound like a superpower, but it really is. Think about all of the obstacles she's come up against. All of the decisions she's had to make.

Yet she always stays true to who she is. She never compromises, and she never backs down. This is one of the many reasons why Kamala Khan is such a wonderful role model for all of her adoring fans.

9 Battling Becky St. Jude

Rebecca (Becky) St. Jude is the first antagonist to make this list and with good reason. She was once one of the Carol Cadets, and thus an ally, both to Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel. But that all changed.

The end result was that Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan, had to take her down. It was a tough fight, made all the more difficult because Ms. Marvel didn't want to hurt Becky. Eventually. Ms. Marvel used her ability to shrink down in order to save the day (by disabling Becky's power suit).

8 Always Fighting To Save A Life (Even When It Costs Her)

Kamala Khan is one of the best when it comes to knowing what is right and wrong. She'll fight for a life, no matter the cost to her. And sometimes that cost truly has been personal. Take the time she was forced to run about saving the life of a villain – all while her father was in the hospital.

Leaving her father's bedside came as a huge emotional toll to Kamala. Yet she knew she couldn't stand by and let somebody die. The cost became higher, later, when she found out that her presence (and DNA), could have made her father's recovery a little better.

7 A Personal Fight

In her time as a hero, Kamala Khan has had to take on more than one fight that hit close to home. Such as the time she had to battle Kamran. His family was once very close to hers, and like Kamala, it turned out that Kamran was even an Inhuman.

Unfortunately, he took a different side of that particular war. One he tried to force Kamala to join by kidnapping her. Kamala did end up having to fight Kamran here, a complex situation full of emotion toll. Yet once again her powers allowed her to come out on top.

6 Walking Away From The Avengers

It takes strength to do what is right. That strength can sometimes be a superpower in itself. Take the time that Kamala Khan, major fan-girl of all things superhero, decided to walk away from the Avengers.

She did it because she didn't agree with their focus. While the Avengers took on the biggest threats out there – they were leaving people to suffer from the 'smaller' events and villains. That was not something Kamala could abide by. Nor could her younger compatriots, thus the Champions was formed.

5 Protecting Jersey City

How many times has Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, saved Jersey City from destruction? How many times has she had to save her school? The numbers are adding up, and fairly quickly. Kamala has consistently protected an area that should, in theory, be close enough to warrant attention from NYC heroes.

Yet she almost always ends up doing it on her own. There's a power in that as well. Granted, she does have her loving friends at her back, and that can make all the difference in the world.

4 Joining Civil War II

Kamala Khan, like many a Marvel hero, ended up joining Civil War II. This was a battle that forced all heroes to take a side. Ms. Marvel did just take – ultimately taking the side against her idol and namesake, Captain Marvel.

She did what she could to mitigate damage and save lives. She was even willing to call out her hero, which takes so much courage. More importantly, she bought one of her friends' time by restraining Captain Marvel – no mean feat.

3 Battling Stormranger

There was a time when it seemed like Ms. Marvel was about to get a new suit. Stormranger seemed perfect. That is until it gained it's own form of sentience and decided to try and kill villains – rather than locking them up.

That is not something Kamala could abide by, so she ended up battling the tech meant to help her. This suit knew her better than anyone and could create weaknesses for Kamala. Yet she ultimately one, through sheer stubbornness and the willingness to take a few hits.

2 Taking A Hit In Outlawed

Marvel Outlawed

During the events of Outlawed, a lot of things went down. The Champions, alongside all underage heroes, were outlawed. Kamala Khan also was seriously injured. That may seem like an odd inclusion to the list, but think about it.

Kamala Khan saved the life of the person she swore to protect. She kept her identity a secret, and she managed to survive a building falling on top of her. None of which she could have done, if not for her powers. While she may be injured, it still feels like a bit of a win for her.

1 Taking On Doc. X

Ms. Marvel stretches to massive size

Last, but certainly not least, there's Kamala's battle against Doc. X. Doc. X is a computer virus – literally. It started in a game that Kamala loved, but eventually made it's way into her world, forcing her to take down the virus.

This was a tough fight for Kamala, for many reasons. For one thing, it knew of her alter ego. For another, it also knew of the secrets of all of her friends – and thus could cause countless pain for all of them involved. Yet Kamala did manage to take down Doc. X, it just took some creative thinking.
