Move Over, Dick Grayson, "Rear of the Year" Goes to Tom Hiddleston

Glorious purpose may not be the only thing with which Loki is burdened.

You see, "Thor" star Tom Hiddleston has been bestowed with the 2016 "Rear of the Year," an actual (if lighthearted) award "presented annually to British celebrities with prize-winning rear assets."

This isn't some fly-by-the-seat-of-its-pants award that only recently reared its head, either. Oh, no: The Rear of the Year has been around for four decades. Previous winners include Daniel Radcliffe, John Barrowman and Charlotte Church.

Hiddleston won not for his Marvel Cinematic Universe work, but rather for his bum-baring turn in the television spy thriller "The Night Manager."

The actor, who's now filming "Thor: Ragnarok," will next be seen in "Kong: Skull Island," which opens March 10, 2017.
