Beloved British actor Patrick Stewart, known for iconic roles in "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and "X-Men," has teamed up with Starz and Seth MacFarlane for a half-hour comedy called "Blunt Talk."
Debuting with a 10-episode first season, the show follows Walter Blunt (Stewart), a British newscaster intent on taking over American cable television. Alongside his alcoholic manservant Harry (Adrian Scarborough), Blunt must face network bosses, a dysfunctional news staff and numerous children and ex-wives.
Jacki Weaver ("Silver Linings Playbook"), Dolly Wells ("Doll & Em") and Timm Sharp ("Enlightened") join Stewart on the series.
"Blunt Talk" arrives this summer on Starz.
