Marvel's heroes can be powerful in a variety of ways. Some are super geniuses, some have amazing energy-controlling abilities, and some are martially adept. All of them are in rather good shape, but many take it to the next level. Steve Rogers was a 95-pound weakling before he was chosen for the super soldier serum. Between that and the Vita-Rays he was bathed in, he bulked up in seconds, reaching the height of human perfection. Cap technically doesn't have super-strength, but he's peak human. His musculature is extremely impressive and stands well next to all of his superhuman friends.

He puts all of that muscle to good use as well. Cap's upper body strength is amazing, and his acrobatic ability is fueled by his core muscles and legs. He's large without being bulky and has definition that most gym rats would kill for.

9 She-Hulk Is The Strongest Woman On The Planet

Being a Hulk is both a blessing and a curse. She-Hulk has learned this better than anyone. She has all the same powers as her cousin but is more in control than him. However, she has fallen to the rage of the Hulk numerous times over the years. She's not as built as some other Hulks, but she has a lithe yet powerful figure that lets everyone know just how powerful she is.

She-Hulk is easily the most musclular female Marvel superhero and the strongest woman on Earth. She has the requisite infinite strength potential of a Hulk, and she gets bigger the angrier she gets, her muscles swelling to massive Hulk proportions.

8 Colossus Is A Steel Titan

Colossus is the strongest member of the X-Men. Growing up on a collective farm, Piotr Rasputin was always a well-built young man. His mutant powers brought that to the next level. He gained the ability to transform into organic steel, gaining super strength. He literally becomes a Colossus, a larger and more muscular version of an already musclebound young man.

Colossus looks like he was carved from steel. He's the perfect ideal, his muscles both large and well-defined. He's not bulky compared to other muscular heroes, but the sheer perfection of his physique makes up for that.

7 Spider-Man Has An Athletic Build Like No Other

Spider-Man has contended with the most vicious foes, enemies who are often much stronger than him. He's won these fights through a combination of strength, speed, durability, and sheer pig-headedness. His physique is that of a cross-country athlete or a swimmer even. He doesn't have any bulk at all but his definition is amazing.

Spider-Man may not be able to lift what Marvel's strongest heroes can, but he's as muscular as any of the powerlifters. Bulky muscle would be out of place on his body, but his well-defined muscles reveal just how tough he can be.

Thor might not be Marvel's strongest hero but he's certainly made a name for himself. The God of Thunder has been battling enemies for millennia. Mjolnir enhances his strength, but even before he proved himself worthy of the hammer, he was a muscular warrior. He's the Viking ideal, a tall and strong warrior with an amazing body.

Being an Asgardian doesn't automatically guarantee Thor muscles, so his sheer size is quite impressive. His musculature is that of a god, making him an intimidating warrior. He may not be as big as some other gods or heroes, but he definitely has it where it counts.

4 The Thing Is Chiseled

The Fantastic Four have had amazing adventures, unlike any other superhero team. Many of their foes take more than muscle to beat, but that doesn't mean it doesn't come in handy. The Thing is the team's super strong anchor, the one who can wade in and break through any enemies in the team's path.

The Thing's rocky exterior doesn't lend itself well to muscular definition, but he's still basically chiseled from stone. He's a bulky muscular type, like the strongest humans in real life. He's weaker than the Hulk but still enormously strong. His most muscular features are his arms, but Grimm's sheer size lets everyone know just how powerful he is.

Among the Olympians, Hercules is the most powerful. The son of Zeus has been battling evil for years, while also indulging his more hedonistic urges. He's been called the Prince of Power, and his strength has never been shown to have a limit. His costumes over the years have always shown off his muscles, and they are very impressive.

Strong Guy's muscles are massive. His upper body is almost comically muscled. He's easily the most muscular mutant on the planet, and the years have seen his physique even out a bit, with his lower body becoming just as well-built as his torso and arms.

The Hulk has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that hasn't changed is his sheer power. If anything, he's gotten stronger. Hulk is the strongest person on Earth, his gamma mutation transforming him into a mountain of gamma-powered muscle. His strength is basically infinite, and he definitely looks like someone who has physical power in spades.

The Hulk stands over seven feet tall and weighs over half a ton. He's covered in muscle like no one else and has proven that his mass equals strength in many battles over the years. He has it all when it comes to muscles. He has massive size and amazing definition, a titanic physique unlike anyone else's.
