The petition for Scooby-Doo character Shaggy Rogers to be added as a DLC character to the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 has hit a major milestone, achieving well over 100,000 signatures in just over 24 hours.Shaggy's sudden resurgence in popularity initially started as a meme that depicted Shaggy as a godlike fighter mimicking powers of characters from franchises like Dragon Ball Z.
