A Moon Knight series for Disney+ was announced at D23 Expo in Anaheim, California.A logo for the upcoming series, which you can see below, was also revealed at the event. Details on the show were scare, though it's said to arrive after the previously announced shows, which include WandaVision, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, What If?, Hawkeye and Loki. This would indicate the show won't release until at least 2021 and is thus part of Marvel's Phase Five plans. Created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin, Marc Spector/Moon Knight first appeared in 1975's Werewolf by Night #32. The popular character, who is schizophrenic, received superhuman powers from the Egyptian god Khonshu. He's an expert detective and a capable martial artist, resembling in many ways DC Comics' Batman. The hero has been a member of a variety of superhero teams, including the West Coast Avengers.

The specific release date of the upcoming Moon Knight series was not released. The cast of the show is unknown at this time.
