Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has revealed that fans will see Oscar Isaac's Moon Knight again in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Feige brought up Moon Knight's MCU future during a conversation with Entertainment Weekly about the initial wave of Marvel-produced Disney+ series, which included the six-episode Moon Knight series. "The fun thing about streaming is they are there forever, and people can keep re-exploring them," Feige said. "Moon Knight, same thing. I think there's a future for that character as we move forward."

Moon Knight premiered in March 2022, running six episodes on Disney+ and introducing the world to Isaac's titular superhero. While the actor has teased a potential second season for Moon Knight, there are reportedly no immediate plans to develop another run of episodes, with the character instead expected to appear in other MCU properties. In addition to Isaac, the first season of Moon Knight starred May Calamawy, Karim El Hakim, F. Murray Abraham, Ethan Hawke, Ann Akinjirin, David Ganly, Khalid Abdalla and Gaspard Ulliel.

Oscar Isaac Wants to Fight Ghost Rider

While Feige remained tight-lipped about Moon Knight's MCU future, Isaac has revealed that one of his dream storylines for the character would be to see him go toe-to-toe with Ghost Rider, the Spirit of Vengeance. The actor, however, did not elaborate on which incarnation of the character he'd want to fight, with arguably the two most popular picks being either Johnny Blaze or Robbie Reyes, who have both been previously portrayed in live-action by Nicolas Cage and Gabriel Luna, respectively.

Marvel Studios will continue to develop and release new MCU series on Disney+ through the remainder of the Multiverse Saga, with seven projects confirmed for Phase 5 including the second seasons of What If...? and Loki. Secret Invasion, which will find Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury at the center of a storyline involving Skrulls secretly infiltrating Earth, is expected to be the first live-action MCU series to debut on Disney+ in 2023.

Also expected in 2023 are the spinoffs Ironheart, Echo and Agatha: Coven of Chaos, which will be headlined by Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's Dominique Thorne, Hawkeye's Alaqua Cox and WandaVision's Kathryn Hahn, respectively. Daredevil: Born Again will close out Phase 5's Disney+ offerings in 2024, with an 18-episode first season that reunites Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock with Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk.

The entire first season of Moon Knight is available to stream on Disney+.
