The latest rumor about Marvel's upcoming Moon Knight series on Disney+ suggests the show will start shooting this year at a familiar location.

According to GWW, Moon Knight will begin filming in mid-November. The site also claimed that production will occur at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, GA. The location is not only where LokiWandaVision and The Falcon and Winter Soldier have filmed, but where many recent Marvel movies have shot as well.

Previously, we heard a rumor that Moon Knight would begin filming in August. While that was never confirmed, this new information suggests production was pushed back. In all likelihood, it's due to the continued search for an actor to play Marc Spector, who becomes the titular anti-hero.

Casting rumors have suggested everyone from Zac Efron to Daniel Radcliffe, but Marvel Studios hasn't revealed anything official about the show other than its logo. As for what the potential filming date means for the show's premiere window, it's possible the series could still land in late 2021. But with LokiMs. MarvelWhat If...? and Hawkeye all arriving on Disney+ next year, it's more likely Moon Knight will debut in 2022.
