Patton Oswalt is the titular star of M.O.D.O.K. and also the co-creator of the series, and his voice should be pretty easy to place for Marvel fans, though the comedian has appeared in DC animated series like Batman Beyond, Static Shock, and The Batman as well.

Oswalt briefly appeared in 2004's Blade: Trinity before he later became a recurring guest star on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.Das the Koenig quadruplets. Jodie is voiced by Aimee Garcia, who has a number of fan-favorite TV roles on series like Dexter where she played nanny Jamie Batista and Lucifer as forensic scientist Ella Lopez along with parts in animated movies like The Addams Family and the new RoboCop.

Jon Daly has appeared in a number of live-action and animated movies and TV shows over the years, though fans of sketch comedy Kroll Show and Netflix's Big Mouth along with series like American Dad! will likely recognize his voice. Competition for control of A.I.M. rose in the form of Monica Rappaccini, a brilliant scientist with a grudge against M.O.D.O.K. after he stole credit for the design of a new weapon that caused the death of a very important but so far unnamed Avenger (probably Giant-Man though).

Rappaccini is voiced by Wendi McLendon-Covey, who is best known for her roles as Deputy Clementine Johnson on Reno 911! and as the occasionally foul-mouthed sweater-wearing mother Beverly Goldberg from The Goldbergs.

Jon Hamm voices the armored Avenger in M.O.D.O.K. and his voice is likely instantly recognizable to fans of the hit series Mad Men where he starred as Jon Draper, though it's possible he also found recognition for roles on the big screen in movies like Egar Wright's Baby Driver.

While he reveals he hasn't quite made it to the Avengers level in M.O.D.O.K., Simon Williams/Wonder Man makes a couple of appearances that make him a potential rival for Jodie's affections when he manages to sweep her off her feet.

Nathan Fillion voices Wonder Man in the animated series, though it isn't the first time the Firefly and Castle star played the character, as he also appeared as Williams in a cut live-action cameo from Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 that focused on the character's Hollywood career as a movie star.
