While actor Adrianne Palicki's take on Mockingbird hasn't been seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for some time, Power: Book II: Ghost Co-Executive Producer and writer Geoffrey Thorne has revealed that he had written a solo pilot for the character.Thorne asked his followers, "What if I'd ALREADY written a pilot for this actor to play this character? (hint: it's not hypothetical)." When asked if he was referring to the scrapped Marvel's Most Wanted spinoff or a pilot pitch, Thorne replied,"pilot." In a later tweet, Throne uploaded a sample of the pilot's script, which seemingly involves the heroine being on a mission, stating above the image, "here's a drip."RELATED: Disney+ Absolutely NEEDS a Mockingbird Show

Adrianne Palicki's version of Bobbi Morse/Mockingbird first appeared in the third season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with a pilot for a planned spinoff focused on the character and fellow ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. operative Lance Hunter (Nick Blood) entitled Marvel's Most Wanted being ordered by ABC in August 2015. However, ABC decided not to order the show to series, despite a pilot having already been filmed.

However, given that Palicki is currently starring in The Orville and that Thorne described his pilot and Palicki's return to the role as mere "flights of fancy" to another follower asking that question, it doesn't seem like Thorne's Mockingbird pilot will see the light of day anytime soon.
