Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown just shut down rumors she will appear in Marvel Studios' upcoming The Eternals film.

In a livestream video on her Instagram, Brown didn't mince words when she addressed the report. "Everybody thinks that I'm going to be in a Marvel movie. Not that I know of!" she said. "My family and I have no idea, so I just want to let everyone know that I'm not as of right now."

At the time of writing, not much is known about the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film. Marvel Studios has not yet announced its next slate of films, though that could change next week at the studio's Saturday panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego. Until then, we know one thing for certain: Brown is not a part of the MCU -- yet.

Created by Jack Kirby in the 1970s, the Eternals are a race of superpowered, near-immortal beings formed by the Celestials. Although they've yet to appear in the MCU proper, their existence has been alluded to in the Guardians of the Galaxy films. The cast reportedly consists of Angelina Jolie as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, as well as Kumail Nanjianiand Ma Dong-seok in mysterious roles.

Filming on The Eternals is expected to begin later this year after Black Widow wraps production. Directed by Chloé Zhao with a screenplay by Matthew and Ryan Firpo, The Eternals is expected to be released in theaters in 2020.
