The 1,414-piece set of course depicts the iconic Millennium Falcon with its not-so-iconic original design, as glimpsed in the film’s teaser trailer, and includes seven mini-figures: Han Solo, Lando Carlissian, Chewbacca, Qi’ra and a Kessel droid, plus two more that remain secret for the time being. Interior shots of the Falcon are also being kept under wraps.
However, The Hollywood Reporter does have an official description for the set: “Pull amazing maneuvers from the cockpit. Jump in the laser turrets and fire back at pursuing craft. Then check the hyperdrive and get ready to jump to safety! After all that excitement, kick back with Han and his friends with a drink from the bar, while you let Chewbacca win at Dejarik. Then it’s off to bed for a well-earned snooze in the bunk aboard the fastest ship in the galaxy!”
Priced at $169.99, the “Kessel Run Millennium Falcon” LEGO set will go in sale in April.
Directed by Ron Howard from a script by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan, Solo: A Star Wars Story stars Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke as Qi’ra and Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca. They’re joined by Thandie Newton as Val, Phoebe Waller-Bridge L3-37, Paul Bettany as Dryden Vos and Woody Harrelson as Tobias Beckett. The film arrives in theaters on May 25.
