Milla Jovovich Heads to George R.R. Martin's 'In the Lost Lands'

Resident Evil star Milla Jovovich for In the Lost Lands, the Myriad Pictures fantasy-adventure based on short stories by Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.

According to Screen Daily, Justin Chatwin (Shameless, Dragonball Evolution) is also attached to the film, which is written and directed by Constantin Werner (The Pagan Queen).

The feature weaves together three of Martin's stories, with Jovovich starring as a sorceress hired by a queen to travel to the Lost Lands to obtain a spell that allows the user to transform into a werewolf. Naturally, she's unaware the gift comes with a price. The two other threads involve a warrior who must fight a dragon to reunite with her lost lover, and a female barbarian who's spellbound by a lonely witch in a spacecraft.Filming is set to begin in the fourth quarter of the year in Germany.
