Power Rangers Teams Cross Over for the First Time in Shattered Grid Event

For the first time ever, Power Rangers teams from different eras (and dimensions) will team-up in order to battle an evil that threatens them all, no matter which reality they hail from.

"Power Rangers: Shattered Grid" kicks off in March's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #25 (shipping in a sealed, black polybag), by Kyle Higgins and Daniele Di Nicuolo, and continues in Go Go Power Rangers #9, written by Ryan Parrott. The storyline finds Lord Drakkon crossing dimensions in order to destroy the Power Rangers' legacy in every reality. In addition to the two ongoing Power Rangers comics, "Shattered Grid's" story will include a pair of special one-shots.

"Over the last two years, I've been weaving threads in the pages of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, all leading to the 25th anniversary of the franchise," Higgins said of the event. "'Shattered Grid' is a massive Power Rangers event that's both a celebration of the property and also the largest comics story I've ever tackled. Lord Drakkon's plan is so much bigger than our Rangers, our world, and even our universe. The Grid is shattering, every Power Ranger in all of existence is at risk, and it's going to take more than just the Mighty Morphin team to stand against Drakkon's armies."

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #25 will sport six variant covers illustrated by Goñi Montes and featuring Lord Drakkon's hands holding damaged versions of each of the Rangers' helmets. Scott Koblish will provide a wraparound cover that includes every Power Ranger, ever.
