The Shape is on the loose with a new victim in his sights in the latest clip from next week's Halloween revival.

Expanding on a sequence first seen in the slasher film's trailer, British true crime journalist Dana Haines (Rhian Rees) is having a private moment at a gas station bathroom after her visit with notorious serial killer Michael Myers. Her privacy is interrupted by The Shape as he patiently and deliberately searches the bathroom for her.

"There’s a team of British podcasters that are studying for various reasons the crimes of 1978," explained filmmaker David Gordon Green in an interview with MSN and Entertainment Weekly. "[They] are there to kind of learn more about the mindset of a madman and they accidentally end up stirring up the hornet’s nest."

Judging by Myers' return to hunt for hapless victims, the two journalists are about to experience that homicidal mindset firsthand.
