Pro Heroes represent the shining beacon of fame and stability that My Hero Academia's society relies on. A peculiar mix of civil servants and celebrities, they use their Quirks to subdue powerful villains and protect the citizenry. Naturally, not every hero is as strong as others, but their specialized education often allows them to discover unique techniques that can define their careers and make a difference in battle.

When wielded by powerful heroes, Super Moves can turn the tide in any fight and even take out more than one villain at a time. Numerous Pro Heroes in My Hero Academia have already displayed a true mastery over their Quirks through their Super Moves, sometimes in battles that changed the entire outlook of hero society.

10 Rocket Charge Gives Ingenium The Brief Ability To Fly

ingenium tensei iida

In My Hero Academia, Tenya Iida's brother, the Pro Hero Ingenium, appears primarily as a victim of the Hero Killer Stain. After Stain's attack, he's paralyzed and forced to give up his career. But as a hero, the first Ingenium has a lot of interesting moves in his arsenal. Alongside moves like Recipro Turbo and Recipro Burst — which he shares with Tenya — he can use his unique Rocket Charge.

Rocket Charge is a Super Move that appears in the My Hero Academia: Vigilantes manga. Through this ability, Ingenium forces his engines into overdrive, giving himself greater speed and acceleration. The move launches Ingenium through the air like a rocket, but it's a last resort technique, as it stalls Ingenium's engines.

9 Pixie Bob Can Create Monstrous Earth Beasts With Her Quirk

A member of the Wild Wild Pussycats, Pixie Bob uses her Quirk Earth Flow primarily in rescue operations. But the ability to manipulate and shape the earth can prove to be quite scary, and Pixie Bob is actually capable of creating constructs that fight independently from her.

Pixie Bob’s Earth Beasts appear as Class 1-A's first opponents during the Forest Training Arc. While the golems vanish after they take a certain amount of damage, they are a challenge for the group of students. This is one Super Move that shouldn't be underestimated.

8 Gunhead's Martial Arts Are An Excellent Technique He Shares With His Students

While most Super Moves are strictly available to the hero who invents them — and on some rare occasions, their successors — there is one notable exception. Pro Hero Gunhead is happy to teach his Martial Arts to all his interns.

The fighting style is oriented toward close-quarters combat and self-defense techniques, heavily leaning on grappling and grabbing to allow the hero to subdue their target. Gunhead's Martial Arts become particularly useful for Ochako Uraraka, who combines the fighting style with her own Quirk to create the Super Move Gravity Plus.

Kamui Woods with a hand over his face in My Hero Academia.

The first episode of My Hero Academia starts with protagonist Izuku Midoriya witnessing a hero-villain battle. Kamui Woods, the Pro present on the scene, takes the stage and uses his Quirk Arbor to perform his Super Move, Lacquered Chain Prison.

Unfortunately, he is interrupted by fellow hero Mount Lady before he can immobilize his target, but the move later proves to be very efficient in immobilizing opponents. Kamui is able to display it properly when attacking the League of Villains' Headquarters, and he easily engulfs multiple members of the group in a prison of wood.

6 Edgeshot's Thousand Sheet Pierce Is Befitting Of A Legendary Ninja

Numerous Quirks in My Hero Academia are unusual, and Pro Hero Edgeshot's superpower definitely ranks among them. His ability Foldabody allows him to flatten his body and limbs, practically transforming him into string. He channels this unique skill into a ninja-like fighting style that often takes villains by surprise.

His Super Move Thousand Sheet Pierce is the perfect example. Transforming into string, he pierces his opponents and cuts off their blood flow. The Super Move easily knocks Kurogiri unconscious, taking one of the most dangerous members of the League — later revealed to be a nomu — out of the equation.

5 Best Jeanist's Thread Of Hope Is Capable Of Restraining Gigantomachia

Originally introduced as Katsuki Bakugo's mentor during the first Pro Hero internships, Best Jeanist suffers a serious injury at the hands of the villainous All For One. He manages to survive but is placed in a coma to facilitate Hawks' stint as a spy in the League of Villains. When he makes a return, he does so in style, as is befitting of a hero with such flamboyant tendencies.

During the Paranormal Liberation War, he uses his Quirk, Fiber Master, to pull off the Super Move Thread of Hope. Through additional fiber wire support items, he is able to immobilize the immensely powerful villain Gigantomachia, alongside other members of the League. This is an incredibly impressive feat, as the villain had proven to be almost impossible to subdue before Jeanist's arrival.

The Rabbit Hero: Mirko hasn't quite had the chance to shine in the anime, but villain Dabi isn't wrong when he chooses to flee once she makes her appearance. Her physical strength is incredible, and her leg muscles are so powerful she can destroy the ground by stomping her foot.

She is very skilled at using her best assets, and her Super Moves eloquently prove that. One of her notable techniques — Luna Tijeras — involves Mirko mounting her opponent's head and ripping it off with her legs. Mirko uses this move against a High-End Nomu during the Paranormal Liberation War.

3 Flashfire Fist Is Endeavor's Signature Technique

endeavor D&D feature

There's a reason why Endeavor becomes Number One Hero after All Might's fall, despite his numerous personality flaws. The Flame Hero is an incredibly gifted Pro, and his experience and skill in taking down villains are both admirable. His level of expertise in his chosen field manifests in his devastating Super Moves.

Endeavor is best known for his signature technique, Flashfire Fist. This skill allows Endeavor to raise the temperature of his flames to its highest point, allowing him to unleash devastating moves. Additional Super Moves related to Flashfire Fist include Hell Spider and Jet Burn. Endeavor's two sons, Shoto and Toya, both use the technique and adapt it for their respective fighting styles and Quirks.

2 All Might Defeats All For One With An United States Of Smash

My Hero Academia's All Might using United States Of Smash

The Symbol of Peace, All Might, is known for the incredible potency of his Quirk, One For All. His fighting style relies on close combat and he primarily favors fist attacks. But that doesn't mean his arsenal of Super Moves isn't varied and with limitless potential.

His ultimate Super Move, United States of Smash, is memorable for being the attack he uses to defeat All For One during the Kamino Incident. Through this technique, All Might channels the full power of One For All into his fist. The impact is so powerful it creates a devastating twister and obliterates the buildings in All Might's vicinity. The move is adapted by Izuku Midoriya, who uses it in his battle against Flect Turn under the name United States of World Smash.

1 Star And Stripe Creates A Giant Construct Of Herself Using New Order

Star and Stripe in MHA/My Hero Academia.

The Number One U.S. hero, Star and Stripe, appears in more recent volumes of the manga during a legendary confrontation with the unleashed form of Tomura Shigaraki. Having modeled her superhero image after her idol, All Might, Star and Stripe uses her New Order Quirk to greatly enhance her physical abilities.

One of her most remarkable Super Moves Fist, Bump to the Earth, allows her to create a giant construct of herself that mimics her every motion. Using this creation, she can deliver powerful blasts to her opponents. Fist Bump to the Earth also serves as the basis for other Super Moves like the incredibly powerful Keraunos.
