Merlin To Cast Spell On Comic-Con

The British fantasy series Merlin will make its Comic-Con International debut on Sunday, July 25, in a panel that features stars Anthony Head (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and Colin Morgan, and co-creators Johnny Capps and Julian Murphy.

For those unfamiliar with the show, it centers on a young Merlin (Morgan), a talented wizard and friend and servant of Prince Arthur who must keep his powers a secret or face death at the hands of King Uther (Head), who has forbidden magic in Camelot. Merlin airs in the United States on Syfy, where it just concluded its second season. Production is under way on Season 3, which debuts this fall in the U.K. on BBC.

The panel, hosted by Jenna Busch, will include a Q&A session and a peek behind the scenes.
