Viz Communications, Inc. today announced the September release of Medabots, Volume 2: Let's Get Ready To Robattle!. Currently airing on the Fox Kids network and available as toys from Hasbro, Medabots has experienced increasing popularity since its debut. The series' second English-language graphic novel, Medabots, Volume 2: Let's Get Ready To Robattle! features 144 black-and-white pages with story and art byHORUMARIN, and retails for $9.95 U.S. ($16.50 Canada).

In this exciting second volume, Ikki gains more robattle experience, the Rubberobo Gang is up to no good plotting to steal more Medabots. Then, Ikki and Erika visit her grandmother in the country and meet the mysterious and legendary protector of the forest! Dr. Aki, the inventor of the Medabots, is about to announce the creation of a brand new Medabot, but the Rubberobo gang and the mysterious Phantom Renegade seem to be up to something. Could they be working up to no good…together?
