Marvel Cinematic Universe fans are expressing their concerns over the animation seen in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's first trailer.

Amid the excitement over fans' first real look at Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) in action, MCU enthusiasts voiced their worries regarding the Disney+ series' CGI effects. Taking to social media, viewers pointed to She-Hulk's face as an example of the spotty visual effects, suggesting that the character looks human enough to warrant practical effects rather than computer-generated features. Others are comparing the superpowered lawyer to Guardians of the Galaxy's Gamora (Zoe Saldaña), a similarly all-green character achieved through extensive make-up.

Despite the backlash, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has already won over many fans who insist that the CGI will be fixed by the time the show arrives on Disney+ on Aug. 17. It's currently unknown whether the footage utilized in the trailer is reflective of the final cut of the show. Neither Disney nor Marvel Studios have officially responded to the complaints.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will chronicle the origin story and adventures of Jennifer Walters, cousin to Dr. Bruce Banner aka The Incredible Hulk, as she comes to terms with her newfound powers. Running over nine episodes, the show is framed as a legal comedy that will see the return of several beloved MCU characters, including Tim Roth's Abomination and Benedict Wong's Wong. The MCU series will also debut several new characters, such as the obscure Frog-Man and Jameela Jamil's Titania.

Speaking about his role in She-Hulk, Mark Ruffalo, who reprises his role as the MCU's Dr. Bruce Banner, revealed more about the character dynamics between Professor Hulk and Jennifer Walters. "I'm passing the banner onto her... There's some really good, funny, cool, long, long scenes between Professor and her," said Ruffalo. "We've never really seen the Hulk interact with people the way he does in that show. It'll be really interesting."

Roth echoed these sentiments, hinting that Maslany's humorous flair will be on full display in She-Hulk. "It's actually jaw-dropping... Her ability to absorb and then perform was quite remarkable. And she's funny. One of the signs of a good actor is their comedic touch. And she has it in spades."

She-Hulk hits Disney+ on Aug. 17.
