Jaimie Alexander has teased her return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

While Alexander got her makeup done in a video that surfaced on Reddit, an off-screen interviewer asked her whether she could really ride a horse while wielding a huge sword. "Yes, once upon a time I was able to do that, and I might have to do that again in the future," she said. "So, hopefully, I haven't lost that gift." The interviewer then asked Alexander what she was working on, to which she said she "would probably cease to exist if I actually told what I have coming up, so I can't tell you guys, but thanks for asking anyway."

It looks as if Alexander was referencing both Disney and Marvel's notoriously ironclad non-disclosure agreements, but also that Sif technically ceased to exist in Avengers: Infinity War. However, some of the projects where she could appear are Thor: Love and Thunder, a Lady Sif Disney+ miniseries that is apparently on the works, as well as Loki's confirmed Disney+ series.

Lady Sif, based on the eponymous Nordic Goddess, was the best female fighter of Asgard alongside Valkyrie and survived the events of Thor: Ragnarok mostly due to Alexander being busy with another project at the time of filming.

Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie and Natalie Portman as Jane Foster. The film arrives in theaters Nov. 5, 2021.
