Following the reveal of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's new logo, fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are confused by the strange rebranding effort. The alternate logo, proudly displayed on the back of a chair on the set for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, was shared to Twitter by a supposed crew member working on the film. The new design features a variety of strangely cyclical shapes and rings layered over one another to symbolize the subtitle Quantumania. Fans of the MCU quickly took to social media to express their thoughts on the logo, with many confused about the redesign.Related: Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Writer 'Spoils' the Film Following Delay Announcement

While the typography has been teased by many, the other-worldly script could allude to potential multiversal shenanigans. Kang the Conqueror is already confirmed to appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania as a villain but the extent of his role is currently unknown. As pointed out by astute comic book fans, the text could also be a hint towards the language of the Microverse, known as the Quantum Realm in the MCU, a world so tiny that it exists within another universe altogether.

Beyond the new logo, little is currently known about Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film will see Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lily return as Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne respectively. Bill Murray is rumored to appear in the movie while Jonathan Majors is reprising his role as Kang the Conqueror, who first appeared as The One Who Remains in the Disney+ series Loki.
