Set to premiere in August 2022, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will follow Jennifer Walters – an efficient lawyer who specializes in superhuman cases – as she becomes a superhuman herself. Thanks to Tatiana Maslany's recent declarations to Empire, fans now know She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will focus on the legal drama dimension as well as Jennifer's personal life. With this in mind, fans are pondering which MCU characters could appear on the show.

The MCU already features many characters connected to She-Hulk. Some of these are her close friends or allies of many years, but others could either meet her in court or require her legal services. In any case, fans hope She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will give them a realistic take on the legal issues that exist in the MCU.

10 Blake Tower Could Tie She-Hulk To The Defenders

Blake Tower in the MCU

A New York District Attorney, Blake Tower, was a key ally for both Matt Murdock and Luke Cage in their respective series, Daredevil and Luke Cage. Now that Daredevil is officially part of the MCU, Tower could become an important figure in Jennifer Walter's court drama.

This connection wouldn't be gratuitous. In the comics, Blake Tower was a young lawyer who hired Jennifer for his firm. However, he needed to let her go when he realized her being She-Hulk would never allow the jury to be impartial. Given Tower and Jennifer's decades-old connection in the comic, it'd be nice for this District Attorney to join her in a small role.

9 Jimmy Woo Could End Up Testifying For Jennifer

One of the most exciting things about She-Hulk focusing on her job as a lawyer in the series is the possibility of exploring the legal consequences of the MCU's past events. For instance, take WandaVision. The fact no one suffered consequences or remembers what happened is truly unbelievable at this point.

The whole world knows S.H.I.E.L.D. and S.W.O.R.D are involved with the Avengers (and Scarlet Witch specifically). If some citizens were to sue the U.S. government for the events in WandaVision, Jimmy Woo would definitely be called to testify about the Hex.

8 The Wasp Is She-Hulk's Best Friend In The Comics

The Wasp in Ant Man and the Wasp

The daughter of Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, Hope van Dyne is currently a superheroine under the moniker of The Wasp, just like her mother was before her. Together with Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, she's been involved in the most important battles of the MCU. Hope and Jennifer don't have a connection in the comics. However, Hope's mother, Janet, is She-Hulk's best friend since they met while working with the Avengers.

Given the age difference between the MCU Jennifer Walters and Janet van Dyne, it wouldn't make sense to adapt this friendship, but given Evangeline Lilly and Tatiana Maslany are closer, the She-Hulk/Wasp dynamic could still be a part of the series.

7 Jennifer Could Help Sam Wilson With The Flag Smashers' Aftermath

Sam WIlson/Captain America from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is one of the few series that actually discusses the socio-economical consequences of Thanos' snap. For instance, the Flag Smashers are concerned about the immigration loopholes that resulted from reverting the Blip five years later. Regardless of the terrorist acts of this supergroup, this is a realistic take on the events of Avengers: Infinity War.

As a legal practitioner with ties to the superpowered world, Jennifer Walters is the perfect lawyer to deal with cases regarding the Snap and its consequences. Since Sam Wilson, aka Captain America, is passionate about making sure this matter doesn't affect anyone else, he could totally ask She-Hulk for help on the situation.

6 Jeri Hogarth Could Connect Jessica Jones To The MCU

Jeri Hogarth from Jessica Jones

Played by Carrie Anne Moss, Jeri Hogarth is one of the most ruthless characters in The Defenders. Although she doesn't have any superpowers, she's an ambitious and powerful woman who doesn't stop until she gets what she wants. However, the last time fans saw her, she was dealing with an unfortunate ALS diagnosis.

Like Jennifer, Jeri Hogarth is a lawyer with plenty of knowledge about superpowered beings. Including her in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law would finally give the fans closure about her character while connecting Jessica Jones to the rest of the MCU.

5 Betty Ross May Become Red She-Hulk For The Last Episode

Casual fans may not remember this, but Betty Ross is already in the MCU. Hulk's former love interest was portrayed by Liv Tyler in The Incredible Hulk. However, since this film is one of the MCU's biggest shames, she hasn't had much time in the films or series.

Fans believe Betty Ross will return to the MCU in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. First, because her existence has been recently acknowledged in the third episode of What If...?, but also because according to TV Mania, the last episode of the series will be titled "She-Hulks" – plural. Since Betty Ross becomes Harpy and then Red She-Hulk in the comics, this theory may not be so wild.

The older Steve Rogers Captain America at the end of Avengers: Endgame movie

"The Good Old Days" by Charles Soule, Javier Pulido, and Ron Wemberly is a must-read in the She-Hulk comics. This storyline pits Jennifer Walters and Matt Murdock in a wrongful death case against a now-retired Captain America, who incidentally hired them both to be on different sides of the situation.

Chris Evans already confirmed he wouldn't return to the MCU unless it's for a worthy project. "The Good Old Days" is a great arc, full of interesting takes on the law in the Marvel world. It may not fit perfectly with the humorous tone of the series, but a small Evans cameo would be enough to hype the fans.

3 Jessica Jones Could Be A Substitute For Hellcat

As a private investigator who specializes in superhumans, Jessica Jones has a lot in common with Jennifer Walters. Additionally, this would make some fans' dreams come true and finally introduce Jessica Jones into the MCU after its cancellation.

Jessica and Jennifer don't have a proper relationship in the comics. However, Patsy Walker, aka Hellcat, is one of She-Hulk's closest friends as well as the P.I. of her law firm. Since Patsy is currently incarcerated in the Raft after becoming a villain in the third season of Jessica Jones, Jessica herself could be Jennifer's ally instead.

2 Starfox Was Involved With She-Hulk In The Comics

Harry Styles smiling in Eternals

Thanos' brother and one of the most powerful Eternals out there, Eros, aka Starfox, barely made it into the MCU recently. Portrayed by Harry Styles in 2021, Marvel Studios introduced Starfox in a post-credit scene on Eternals. The character, who arrives with his assistant Pip the Troll, offers the remaining Eternals help, but the scene doesn't expand on his possible role in future projects.

Whether it's as a love interest or a client in a very shameful trial for sexual assault that should never be adapted, Starfox already shares a very concrete connection with She-Hulk in the comics. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law obviously won't revolve around their relationship, but Styles could definitely guest star on the show.

1 Matt Murdock & Jennifer Walters Definitely Have To Meet

After three successful seasons on Netflix, Daredevil was canceled without giving fans closure. Fortunately, Marvel Studios was able to appreciate Charlie Cox's performance as Matt Murdock and made him an official MCU member. So far, he's already appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

As the two most important lawyers in the Marvel multiverse – who also happen to be full-time superheroes – Jennifer Walters and Matt Murdock have a lot in common. Now Daredevil is officially a part of the MCU, fans would love to see him and She-Hulk team up, especially in court.
