Matt Bomer will star opposite Lady Gaga in "American Horror Story: Hotel," the fifth season of FX's hit anthology series. They'll be joined by "Glee" and "30 Rock" veteran Cheyenne Jackson.

The news arrived Sunday during PaleyFest, even as Jessica Lange confirmed that she won't be returning for the new season.

“We’ve had a great run here," Deadline quotes the actress as saying. "I mean, I absolutely love doing these four characters, and in all the madness, I love the writers and Ryan [Murphy] and the insanity of shooting it."

Lange has been a part of "American Horror Story" since Season 1, earning two Emmys and a Golden Globe for her performances.

"Hotel" will mark a return to the series for Bomer ("White Collar," "Magic Mike"), who guest starred last season on "Freak Show." He also worked with co-creator Murphy on HBO's "The Normal Heart" and Fox's "Glee."

No details have been revealed about "Hotel" or the actors' roles.
