A new teaser for Marvel's Runaways on Hulu introduces the team to Freeform's Cloak and Dagger. Along with the superhero duo, fans also get a look at Elizabeth Hurley as the sorceress Morgan le Fay.
The teaser begins with Nico looking up at the sky to see crows circling overhead. Le Fay then tells her, "Stop fighting it Nico. There is no need to be scared of the dark," as the crows form around le Fay's body to form a cape.
Cloak & Dagger stars Aubrey Joseph and Olivia Holt appear at the tail end of the teaser. Nico, holding her staff, turns around to see the pair teleport into the room. With Dagger holding a light projection blade and Cloak asking Nico, "What the hell have you done?" we could see the Marvel heroes clash before eventually working together.
The acclaimed Hulu original series will also feature a crossover between its fellow Marvel Television live-action series Cloak & Dagger, with the superheroes from the Freeform series traveling to Los Angeles to assist the team in an unknown capacity.
Streaming now on Hulu, Marvel’s Runaways stars Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Angel Parker, Ryan Sans, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, Ever Carradine, James Marsters, Brigid Brannagh, Kevin Weisman, Brittany Ishibashi and James Yaegashi. The series returns for its third season on Dec. 13, with all 10 episodes of the season released simultaneously.
