At the Diamond Retailer Summit, Marvel Comics announced "X-Men/Inhumans: ResurrXion," a project that will follow the "Death of X" and "Inhumans vs. X-Men" events. According to ComicBook.com, "RessurXion" will take place in the wake of the mutant-Inhuman war.

No creators were included in the announcement. Few details are known about the project, as the prior two events have not yet been released and it is unclear what the outcome of "Inhumans vs. X-Men" will be.

Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso spoke about "Inhumans vs. X-Men" briefly during a panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego, saying: “We’ve been building to this moment for some time. In winter, we’ll do this story co-written by Jeff Lemire and Charles Soule, with art by Leinil Yu. The Terrigen Mist has a detrimental effect to mutants but it sustains the Inhumans, so there are natural antagonism. You have two species fighting for survival, and maybe only one can win.” The event kicks off with the release of issue #0 on November 16.

"X-Men/Inhumans: ResurrXion" does not yet have a release date.
