Disney+ released a brand new poster for the upcoming Marvel Studios series Moon Knight just hours ahead of debuting the show's first official trailer the playoff edition of Monday Night Football.

Posted on the official Moon Knight Twitter account, the poster depicts what appears to be the arm and hand of Oscar Issac's Marc Spector grasping an ornate Crescent dart, which is known in the Moon Knight comics as the weapon of choice for the masked vigilante. The dart's blades are covered in a series of ancient symbols and blood.

The bottom of the poster also features the show's title logo, as well as the text, "Original series March 30 only on Disney+."

As mentioned above, the poster dropped on the same day that Disney+ shared the first trailer for Moon Knight. The roughly two-minute-long clip depicts Isaac's character struggling to figure out who he really is while dealing with the side effects of his dissociative identity disorder (DID). The clip also gives viewers an extended look at Ethan Hawke's Dr. Arthur Harrow, who is believed to be the main villain of the series and is shown saying, "It must be very difficult. The voices in your head. There's chaos in you. Embrace the chaos."

While Hawke's role was kept a secret until the trailer premiered, the actor previously revealed his performance was inspired by David Koresh, the leader of the Waco, Texas-based Branch Davidians religious cult. Hawke also admitted last year that Isaac convinced him to join the series in the first place, saying at the time, "I like what he's doing with his life. He reminds me of the actors, when I first arrived in New York, that I looked up to. Oscar's younger than me and I like the way he carries himself and I like the way he thinks. And in general, good things happen when you're in the room with people that you like the way they think, right?"

The Marc Spector/Moon Knight character was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin and made his first appearance in Werewolf by Night #32 in 1975. While Spector was originally depicted as a marine-turned-mercenary who suffered from dissociative identity disorder and became the conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu, it's been argued in recent years that Khonshu might actually be another entity created by Spector.

Created by Jeremy Slater, Moon Knight is set to premiere on March 30 on Disney+.
