Marvel's "Ghost Racers" Rev Up for "Secret Wars'" Battleworld Arena

While the most recent incarnation of Marvel Comics' "Ghost Rider" series may be coming to a conclusion, there's plenty of road ahead for Robby Reyes to scorch rubber on.

When "Secret Wars" crashes into the Marvel Universes, Ghost Riders of the past, present and future, with skull-faces both new and familiar, will find themselves in a Battleworld arena, fighting for supremacy in the new "Ghost Racers" series.

"Robbie Reyes is back in the driver's seat, this time in a heavily armored, fully weaponized and souped-up black Battle Charger," writer Felipe Smith told Newsarama. "I don't want to give things away, since seeing them make their entrance is part of the fun of this new series, but I can say this: Expect your favorite Ghost Rider to be there!"

"Ghost Racers," by Smith and artist Juan Gedeon, takes off in June as part of Marvel's "Secret Wars" event.
