The latest Marvel's Voices one-shot will turn the spotlight on the House of Ideas' LGBTQIA+ characters.

Marvel's Voices: Pride #1, slated to debut in June -- aka Pride Month -- will also feature various creators tackling the stories. Among them are artist Luciano Vecchio, who provides the cover for the one-shot, and writer Anthony Oliveria (Lords of Empyre: Emperor Hulking). The issue will also feature a tale from Young Avengers creators Allan Heinberg and Jim Cheung, which focuses on Hulkling and Wiccan.

"When I was a very closeted, very lonely kid, these characters saved my life,"  Oliveira said. "It's an honor to tell stories about them and to see the kind of stories queer people can tell about queer people deepen and grow."

"What an honor to be part of MARVEL’S VOICES: PRIDE!" added writer Steve Orlando, who will also contribute a story to Marvel's Voices: Pride. "I could not be more excited to help spotlight LGBTQ+ characters new and old at the House of Ideas, as well as joining a stable of LGBTQ+ creators behind the scenes for this special."

Marvel's Voices is an anthology series designed to spotlight the publisher's more diverse heroes, with a diverse range of characters. Previous installments included Marvel's Voices: Legacy, which spotlighted Black characters and creators, and Marvel's Voices: Indigenous Voices which featured Indigenous characters/creators.

Marvel's Voices: Pride #1 will go on sale on June 23rd from Marvel.
