Despite being an unhinged and unpredictable soul, Harley Quinn has teamed up with various villains to take on Batman. Whether by the side of Joker, as part of the Suicide Squad, or an alliance with another iconic DC villain, Harleen Quinzel has proved just how useful an alliance of evil can be.

There are plenty of different villains within the Marvel Comic Universe who could also work well with Quinn. Despite the obvious fact that she is part of DC, that doesn't mean we can't dream about the perfect partners in crime for her. Let's take a look at some Marvel villains Harley would team up with, alongside some whose unique brand of chaos and evil just wouldn't mesh with her own.

10 Team Up With: Viper

Madame Hydra is ambitious and evil as they come, and with a striking resemblance to Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn may feel drawn to her. She rose to the top of Hydra after the supposed death of Baron Zemo, brainwashed a ton of women in Wolverine's life so that she could marry him, and has killed many with great precision and skill, including the original Viper.

Harley Quinn has always been a fan of power, and is enamored by it. Viper would work well with Harley Quinn, with both of them as deceptive as each other. In The Wolverine, Svetlana Khodchenkova's Viper secretes poison, so the Poison Ivy link is once again there.

9 Hate: Red Skull

Red Skull is a meticulous planner. He uses his intelligence in the battle against Captain America and the Avengers, as opposed to an unpredictable and gung ho approach. Whilst he's one of the greatest villains within the Marvel Comics Universe, Harley Quinn just wouldn't get on with him at all.

He doesn't know the meaning of fun, and Harley always loves a bit of crazy in everything she does. Red Skull would also probably get sick of her unpredictability, and Harley Quinn isn't the type of person who'll let him talk to her like dirt. Plus, Harley doesn't want to rule the world, she just wants to watch it burn.

8 Team Up With: Carnage

When it comes to pure evil and violent outbursts, Carnage encapsulates everything Harley loves. He's a loose canon who loves to kill, and his vicious nature ties closely to hers. If the symbiote ever managed to find a way to connect with her, then anyone who stood in her way would never see the light of day again.

A team-up between Carnage and Harley Quinn would be a definite threat to Spider-Man, and even Venom for that matter. How cool would the Maximum Carnage story arc be if it featured Harley Quinn instead of Shriek? As a psychiatrist, Dr. Harleen Quinzel may have fallen in love with Cletus Kasady (much like she did with Joker) and embarked on a killing spree across New York from there.

7 Hate: Doctor Doom

Few villains are as successful as Victor Von Doom. A being of ultimate power and intelligence, Doom has proved how smart he is time and time again, using the Power Cosmic, enchanted armor, magic, and time travel to succeed. However, his arrogance and inability to stay loyal to those closest to him would be a turn off for Harley Quinn.

She's never been one for success on a global level, and even she has shown mercy at times. Doctor Doom is a serious despot with nothing but dominance on his mind, and Harley Quinn would soon grow frustrated with his tactics. She likes to have a little fun amidst all the chaos, and she'd never find that working with the ruler of Latveria.

6 Team Up With: Emma Frost

A woman with a purpose and a penchant for deception, Emma Frost has used all the tricks in the book to get what she wants. She's fought for good and evil, much like Harley Quinn, and with a friendship between the two women, the superheroes of the Marvel Comic Universe would have a challenge on their hands.

Both women had a decent job and respectable prospects before falling into a life of crime. Even though Harley Quinn is more unhinged, Emma Frost would respect Quinn's methods for getting what she wants and ultimately use them to be the muscles of the operation.

5 Hate: Magneto

Magneto has constantly struggled with good and evil. Like Professor X, he wants peace between mutants and humans, but the ways in which they both try to achieve this are polar opposites. Magneto chooses to use violence, with this formidable mutant's methods ending up causing pain and anguish as opposed to tranquillity and order.

Harley Quinn has no ties to mutant kind, but even if she did, Magneto would just get on her nerves. She'd happily use violence to get what she wants, and killing isn't a problem for her, but Magneto's inner struggles and need for peace would grate on Harley. She's a firecracker who would grow tired of his ways pretty quickly.

4 Team Up With: Norman Osborn

Mr J is everything to Harley Quinn, and we can't think of anyone who fits his character quite like Norman Osborn. He's not afraid to do something despicable to get what he wants. He's vicious and unpredictable, a lover of chaos; all of which are traits that Harley Quinn could fall in love with fast.

From torturing Spider-Man to making MJ and Parker believe their baby had met a tragic fate, he's done some horrible things. Pair that with the awful antics of the Green Goblin and Harley would feel right at home. He's a powerful villain who shares many elements of his personality with Joker, so Harley Quinn would work well with him.

3 Hate: Kraven The Hunter

When Harley Quinn freed Bud and Lou - her trusty Hyenas - from Gotham City Zoo, she formed a friendship unlike no other with the animals. Kraven the Hunter is a huge fan of killing game to prove he's the greatest hunter in the world, so if he ever found Harley's hyenas, they'd definitely be a target of his.

Harley Quinn would die for her pets, and she'd definitely hate Kraven for even thinking about killing them. Whilst they might make a pretty good team, she wouldn't accept his need to hunt animals, especially Bud and Lou. She got Poison Ivy to destroy the auction house where they were almost sold, so there's no telling what she'd do to Kraven if he even looked at them funny.

2 Team Up With: Bullseye

A dangerous assassin with a gift for using any item to kill his foes, Bullseye's sadistic nature would be a perfect fit for Harley Quinn. He's also known for his deadpan humor and inventive kills, much like Harley. Bullseye pushed Daredevil to his limit, and with Harley Quinn at his side, there's not much they couldn't do together.

Batman would be hunted down and shot at with a whole manner of weapons, and if Bullseye ever got hold of one of his batarangs, it would be a horrible way to die. Regardless of the methods, the two of them could rain destruction on Gotham City.

1 Hate: Rhino

Although Harley Quinn is vicious and unpredictable, she is also pretty smart. Starting off as a criminal psychiatrist, she was good at her job (until she got inside Joker's head and fell in love with him). There are some pretty heavy-handed supervillains in the Marvel Comic Universe, but out of them all, Rhino probably takes the cake.

He's a hired hand who uses his superhuman strength to get the job done, He's constantly mocked for not being intelligent, and Harley appreciates an interesting mind. Although he could provide some muscle to her operation, she'd hate having to take care of the big brute.
