When it comes to being connected to the Mad Titan Thanos, one has to be prepared for absolutely anything. Throughout his years of being in the Marvel universe, Thanos has always had the goal of becoming the one true lover of Death. This goal has made him one of the most deadly beings in all the galaxies.
With Thanos being a being of such cunning that leaves a trail of death and destruction behind him no matter the occasion, his daughters have had to follow right behind in those same footsteps in order to survive. Gamora and Nebula, both adopted daughters of Thanos, are seen as two of the most deadly women in the galaxy, each one-upping the other in various ways.
10 Gamora Was Specifically Trained To Be A Weapon For Killing Magus
While Nebula was used as somewhat of a punching bag for Thanos during their "training sessions," the Mad Titan actually made it his mission to specially train his favorite daughter, Gamora Zen Whoberi Ben Titan, in order to craft her into a weapon that he would use to kill Magus.
This specialized training has carried Gamora a long way and is one of the reasons that she is the fighter she is today. It also put her on a level that Nebula has felt she could never reach, leading her to chase raw power instead of skill instead.
9 Nebula Has A Universal Threat Level & Is Under Constant Watch By The Nova Corp
While Gamora has moved to the side of good and therefore isn't looked at by the guardians of space anymore, Nebula is another story. Many times this space pirate has turned face but she still remains a chaotic component of any side she joins.
This along with her raw power granted to her by her cybernetic enhancements have put her under the watchful eye of protection forces like the Nova Corps, who have stated that she is at an "Universal" threat level being.
8 Gamora Frequently Joins & Leads Powerful Teams
Many times has Gamora banded together with her own team and went to battle with some of the baddest in the galaxy alone during her time before joining the Guardians of the Galaxy.
One such example occurred in the earliest days of the highly praised Marvel event, Annihilation, where she and her group called the Graces got into an all-out battle with the powerful Ronan the Accuser.
7 Nebula Captured Thanos' Base, Sanctuary II
Thanos' starship base called the "Sanctuary II" is known to be one of the most powerful starships in the universe. This of course makes it one of the hardest to board and take over.
While a hefty order, Nebula managed to do just this along with her minions and planned to use the new spacecraft in order to conquer the entire Skrull Empire. While this was an impressive feat, she was almost immediately taken out by a revived Thanos.
6 Gamora Has A Healing Factor
One thing that Gamora has that Nebula doesn't is the ability to take a beating and jump right into the battle. This is due to the fact that Gamora comes equipped with a healing factor.
This healing factor, like that of many others in the Marvel universe, gives her the ability to regenerate from what would be life-threatening wounds to any other being in her predicament.
5 Nebula Shows No Mercy
Due to her upbringing and her great abuse at the hands of Thanos, Nebula has developed a cold heart. This cold heart is the reason that this space pirate shows absolutely no mercy to anyone.
Gamora has softened up ever since she fell in love with the most powerful and famous Nova Corps member, Richard Rider. Her sister doesn't share this "weakness" and lets nothing slow her down, even deciding to kill her own sister when she wasn't proven guilty.
4 Gamora Has Enhanced Power
Gamora has enhanced abilities like no one else: Strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and more were gifted to her. The highlight of this power is of course her strength. This is because it was increased by Thanos, Adam Warlock, the Black Vortex, and more.
In one instance she got into conflict with the U.S. military who thought she'd be no stronger than Spider-Man. However, her strength proved them wrong, as she showed she was much stronger.
3 Nebula Gained Many Of Thanos' Powers & Abilities
Nebula survived trial of the Witches of Infinity. This victory over herself and this tribulation gave her a power much like the father that she hates so much.
One of those powers is self-sustenance. This ability entails the power to survive in the vastness of space and without the need of a space suit or other such help.
2 Gamora Is Called The Most Dangerous Women In The Galaxy For A Reason
Gamora's famous title wasn't bestowed onto her for no reason. This powerful daughter of Thanos is not only a great martial artist, but a master assassin, master of many weapons, a great marksman, a master strategist, and a great acrobat.
All of these abilities combined with her high strength level and endless list of power boosts would make anyone run in fear from her and her powerful sword, the God Slayer.
1 Nebula Has Powerful Cybernetic Enhancements & Illusion Resistance
While Gamora may have tons of enhancements, she isn't the only one. While her enhancements were a lot more painful, Nebula has been given cyber enhancements and bionic upgrades.
This gives her great physical power boosts and many more powers that would make her a threat to any potential opponents. She also has illusion resistance due to these upgrades.
