50 days ago, Marvel began its 100 day countdown to Avengers: Infinity War, so it's only appropriate that the studio mark the occasion with an update.Marvel has taken to Twitter to celebrate the latest milestone, releasing a follow-up to its previous 100-day countdown post.RELATED: Why Marvel Moved Up Infinity War's Release DateThe short video animates the number 50, superimposed with shots of Black Widow, Bruce Banner and Black Panther raising his claws while standing next to his entire army. Like the 100-day countdown, the video doesn't reveal anything new, runs for just a few seconds, and includes the theme from the movie.

The release of this post comes on the heels of the announcement that Avengers: Infinity War's global release date has been moved up a week. Traditionally, Marvel Studios films premiere early in international markets ahead of their North American release, and that was also the case with Infinity War, which was scheduled to begin its global rollout on April 25 in a dozen countries, including Australia, Finland, France and Indonesia. Marvel now says Infinity War arrives April 27 “everywhere,” suggesting those early dates will now be adjusted to correspond with the rest of the world.
