The interdimensional superhero America Chavez is the newest addition to the roster of the Marvel Strike Force mobile game. She uses her unique powerset of superhuman strength, speed, flight and invulnerability to fight alongside her fellow Strike Force commanders against the forces of evil.
America Chavez is the Marvel Universe's leading Latin-American LGBTQI advocate, and during Pride Week gamers can join the special Unity Event with the Unity Login Calendar, Unity Blitz Milestones and Unity Orb. These items reward players with America Chavez character shards.
Marvel Strike Force lists America Chavez's special abilities as Synergize, allowing her to work together with Brawlers and Star Portals creation to teleport and strike at enemies with sneak attacks.
Traits include Hero, Cosmic, Mystic and Brawler, with standouts in Starstruck and All-Star Brawler. Other Marvel superheroes America Chavez works best with are Captain Marvel (damage on special), Deadpool (damage on special) and Ms. Marvel (assist now, deflect, damage on special and ability energy).
First released in March 2018, Marvel Strike Force has players run their own Helicarrier either as part of S.H.I.E.L.D. or Hydra. While upgrading their vessel, they compete against other plays with heroes and villains they have assembled for reward points earned in competitive squad-centric battles.
The mobile game celebrated its one-year anniversary with a new game mode and characters under the title "Alliance War," and won for Best Breakthrough Game of the Year at the 2019 Google Play Awards.
