The following contains minor spoilers for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Episode 5, "Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans," now streaming on Disney+.

Marvel Studios debuted a new subtitle for She-Hulk in the latest episode of the hit Disney+ series.

The fifth episode of She-Hulk, "Mean, Green, and Straight Poured into These Jeans," picked up directly after the events of the previous episode, "Is This Not Real Magic?," which saw Jennifer Walters learn that not only had Titania been freed of all charges and released from jail, but that the social media influencer had also filed a lawsuit against her, having trademarked the name "She-Hulk." The latest episode showed Marvel fans exactly what Titania planned on doing with the trademark, using "She-Hulk" to market a line of beauty products. The title card for the episode also reflected the change, ditching the Attorney at Law subtitle in favor of She-Hulk By Titania.

The She-Hulk trademark and line of beauty products are the latest forms of retaliation from Titania, who has become She-Hulk's main antagonist following their brief skirmish in court in Episode 1. Her latest moves also show how different Titania is from previous Marvel Cinematic Universe villains, choosing to use her influence and the court of law instead of physical altercations to attack Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk. These actions line up with previous comments made by Titania actor Jameela Jamil, who described the character as one of "the most annoying" villains the MCU has ever seen. "I think she almost doesn't need to use her strength; she could just annoy you to death. And I think that is a superpower that we haven't really utilized enough," the actor said in July, ahead of the series premiere.

Daredevil Is on the Way

The fifth episode also teased Daredevil's future appearance in She-Hulk with a quick shot of his new costume. The Man Without Fear's role in the Disney+ series has been confirmed for some time now, which will bring back Charlie Cox as both Matt Murdock and his vigilante alter-ego. The actor recently opened up about appearing as a guest star in She-Hulk, describing his scenes as "really fun" to film. He also revealed that Daredevil will be "a bit cheeky and a bit flirty" in She-Hulk because of the show's more light-hearted and comedic tone. This will allow Marvel fans to see a new side of Cox's Daredevil, who was previously portrayed as brooding and serious throughout the Netflix run of mature Marvel series.
