Marvel fans will have to wait longer than expected to watch new episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Disney+ has announced that the premiere date for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has shifted back one day. Instead of Wednesday, Aug. 17, the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series will instead debut on Thursday, Aug. 18, with new episodes dropping on the streaming service each Thursday until Oct. 12. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law stars Tatiana Maslany and follows her character, Jennifer Walters, as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered Hulk.

No reason was given for the one-day delay, but Disney+ could be experimenting with its release strategy again. When the streaming service originally launched, all new content was released on Fridays. Marvel Studios' Loki Season 1 was the first Disney+ series to premiere on a Wednesday. Loki was initially set to debut on a Friday but was moved to a Wednesday premiere to test the waters for more exclusive content to release on other days of the week. Loki was reportedly the service's most-watched premiere at the time and led to Disney+ announcing that all future exclusive series would release new episodes on Wednesdays instead of Fridays.

She-Hulk Features Plenty of Familiar Faces

The legal comedy series is expected to feature a ton of familiar MCU faces. Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth and Benedict Wong are slated to reprise their roles as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Emil Blonsky/Abomination and Wong from previous MCU films. The three characters were last seen in 2021's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will also feature the highly-anticipated return of Charlie Cox's Daredevil. When asked about being allowed to include Daredevil in She-Hulk, head writer Jessica Gao revealed, "I don't think we ever, in a million years, thought that we would be allowed to use [Daredevil], because we didn't know what the status was of the character. And then, I can't remember how, we got wind that he was coming back and that it was Charlie Cox, and we were like, 'Wait, does that I mean we can use him? Are we allowed? And when they told us yeah, I mean, we couldn't believe it, we thought we were being pranked."

The series will also include the vigilante Frog-Man and the supervillain team, the Wrecking Crew.
