Marvel's Runaways, which previously could be viewed only on Hulu, is making a move, of sorts, with the Season 1 premiere making its broadcast debut Thursday, Aug. 2, on the Disney-owned Freeform, following the season finale of Cloak & Dagger.

Freeform, previously known as ABC Family, has revealed its programming schedule for August, which not only listed the season finales of original series Cloak & Dagger, The Bold Type and Alone Together, but also the network TV debut of Runaways. It's the first Marvel series from a streaming service to make it to broadcast television. Runaways certainly fits into Freeform's more teen-focused programming; it's unknown whether more episodes of the series will follow.

Based on the fan-favorite Marvel Comics series created by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona, Runaways centers on six teenagers who can barely stand each other but must nevertheless unite to defeat a common foe: their parents, whom they discover are secretly members of a sinister organization known as the Pride. The 10-episode first season debuted Nov. 20 on Hulu. Filming began last month on Season 2.

Now streaming on Hulu, Marvel’s Runaways stars Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, Allegra Acosta, Ryan Sands, Angel Parker, Brittany Ishibashi, James Yaegashi, Kevin Weisman, Brigid Brannagh, Annie Wersching, Kip Pardue, James Marsters and Ever Carradine.
