Marvel Comics' upcoming "Star Wars" #1 by Jason Aaron and John Cassaday has 13 variant covers from Marvel -- and many of them had already been revealed, but not the elusive "Action Figure Variant." However, PreviewsWorld.com has lifted the curtain on the Action Figure variant cover drawn by John Tyler Christopher, and unlike many of Marvel's recent cover collaborations with Hasbro's Marvel Legends figures, the cover isn't a recreation of a classic "Star Wars" moment with action figures. Rather, it's an homage to the classic Kenner toys themselves, with Christopher illustrating a Luke Skywalker toy still in the package, complete with price tag at the top. The image isn't final, but is certainly a good idea of what to expect when the variant cover hits shelves.

Marvel additionally released the first look at John Cassaday's "Star Wars" #1 pages earlier today. A new report also stated that the series' debut issue is on track to sell more than one million copies to retailers.
