No one would have expected the popularity that Old Man Logan would have on the industry. Since it's release, the story of an aging Wolverine was adapted in the Oscar nominated film, Logan, which featured Hugh Jackman ending his near 20-year run as the iconic character. While stories about superheroes turning old and returning for one last adventure wasn't anything new (Dark Knight Returns, Spider-Man: Reign), Logan's tale of a man forced back into the role of an anti-hero struck a chord with readers and millenials who grew up with the X-Men films.

Now, characters like Star-Lord and even Miles Morales have been getting the "Old Man Logan" treatment. So, we decided to take a look at ten Marvel characters who should get the treatment next. The only rule for a character to be counted is that they can't be the main lead of a well-known story about some getting old, like Spider-Man: Reign, so guys like our friendly neighborhood wall-crawler won't be counted.

10 She-Hulk

During the events of Old Man Logan, Bruce Banner was infected with additional gamma radiation that turned him mad. He had an incestuous relationship with Jennifer Walters, which gave birth to a clan of hillbilly Hulks called "The Hulk Gang." So, what was Jessica thinking when she decided to start going at it with her cousin? We get Hulk becoming insane after exposure to more gamma, but something must have happened if she decided the best course of action was to breed with her relative. It would be disgusting to see, but we can't help but wonder what went down between our two Hulks and why she didn't just get it on with someone like A-Bomb or Red Hulk.

9 Black Widow

Scarlett Johansson as the MCU's Black Widow

Like with Wolverine, Black Widow has done a lot of things she isn't proud of. She was trained to kill ever since she was young, forced to go undercover, kill her people, and even had her womb removed so that she wouldn't be able to have children. That's a lot of internal guilt to keep in yourself for so many years. So, it would be interesting to see Natasha Romanoff confront the ghost of her past one last time and try to do something that would redeem her. Even if it was just "Logan but with Scarlett Johansson," you could do a lot with the idea.

8 Iron Man

For years, Iron Man has always been about keeping up with and inventing the latest tech so that he can better humanity, while also using it to upgrade his suit. We all have grandparents who don't know how to use DVD players or how to operate the latest gizmo. How crazy would it be to still see old man Tony inventing the newest tech or even see him struggle to keep up with the demand of what the people of the future want out of their smart devices? It sure would make for an exciting story.

7 Doctor Strange

Doctor Strange is nothing like his master, the Ancient One. The Ancient One was a wise, near all-knowing mage who also wasn't afraid to pass down his teachings to better the lives of others and protect our world from the dark forces of Dormammu. Strange, in comparison, is the most arrogant person in the entire Marvel Universe and will probably turn into an old curmudgeon that keeps telling people to get off his lawn. Imagine if he was forced to teach others in the ways of the Sorceror Supreme? He'd be the last person you want as a teacher, continually scolding his students. That would make for one heck of a story.

6 Deadpool

Can you imagine Deadpool being old, forced to room with Cable, changing each other's space diapers, for 120 minutes or 192 pages? Okay, scratch that idea. How about just Deadpool becoming the President of the United States and becoming an insane ruler of the country? It would be mostly a crude version of an episode of Veep or Parks and Recreation, and who wouldn't want that?

5 Black Panther

Kingdoms rise, and Kings fall. We've seen T'Chaka give his life to save his son, but what would become of T'Challa when he reaches the point where he has to step down? Will he let his child take over and train him in the ways of being a Black Panther? Could T'Challa be forced to take down an enemy nation before going out in a blaze of glory? Black Panther has become more than a hero; he's become the face of Black representation in superheroes. Will that legacy continue without him in the Marvel Universe? Something like this would give the world an answer to that.

4 Daredevil

While Matt Murdock may be blind, he's trained his four other senses past their limits to where he doesn't need his eyes to see. However, no amount of training will save you from old age, unless you're Logan. As we grow old, our bodies weaken, and our senses will join them as well. Sure, the "Man Without Fear" has seen the fear of death, but what if he was forced to take on the fear of getting old? How would he take not being able to fight crime without his other four senses?

3 Winter Soldier

We've seen what happened when Captain America got old, but what about his pal Bucky? Would he once again take up the role of Captain America and continue to spread the way of truth, justice, and the American way? Sure, Cap was still in a supporting role in the comics, but we've yet to see what would become of Bucky when he finally reaches his limits of age.

2 The Punisher

For years, the Punisher has been laying out justice so he could get revenge on the criminals that killed his family. How would age affect his judgment and ability to hold a gun? Unlike a lot of heroes with superpowers and suits of armor, the Punisher is just a man. Would he give up on the dream of ridding New York of criminal scum?

1 Vision

Vision flying out of he face of Ultron

We've seen human heroes, and mutants of the Marvel Universe become old and continue with their jobs, and we know of a few Dods like Thor continuing to help humanity and rule over Asgard. However, we've only seen a few androids get old and outdated and remain on the side of good. The Vision would be an interesting character to get the Old Man Logan treatment because it would continue with his development of learning about humanity. He doesn't know what it would feel like to get old and die with the woman he loves.

What would happen if he was an old robot and had to protect his loved ones or what if he was so advanced that he would live longer than his friends? What if he decided to transfer his consciousness into an older unit so he can feel what it's like to get old? What if evolving technology made him into a God? There's so much potential in this idea that's worth exploring, even if some of them were explored in other mediums.
