After releasing six teasers on Thursday for "Secret Empire," this morning Marvel Comics has one more promo for the upcoming crossover event -- this one illustrated by John Cassaday.

The image, below, features Spider-Man, Captain America (Steve Rogers), Captain Marvel, Old Man Logan, Rocket Raccoon, Black Bolt and Deadpool beneath the by-now-familiar "Secret Empire" logo. It's accompanied by the words "United We Stand," that not only echoes the "Divided We Fall" slogan from last summer's Marvel NOW! promotion, but perhaps signals a reconciliation within the Marvel Universe following the events of "Civil War II."

The image also confirms "Secret Empire" isn't merely a Captain America event, but will draw heroes from all corners of the Marvel Universe, as suggested by the previous teasers, which seemingly referenced the X-Men, the Avengers, Spider-Man, the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Champions and the newly announced Defenders.

No additional details have been announced. However, the subversive organization known as the Secret Empire has been a fixture of Marvel Comics since 1966, when it was introduced as a subsidiary of the terrorist group Hydra devoted to conquering the United States. Usually headed by a supreme leader referred to as Number One, the Secret Empire over the years has clashed with S.H.I.E.L.D. and numerous Marvel heroes, including Captain America, the Incredible Hulk, the X-Men, Moon Knight, The Punisher, Secret Avengers and Hawkeye/Kate Bishop.
