Of course, if you don't have a fireplace, doing that exact thing is, well, impossible. That's why yule log videos were invented, so those without fireplaces can experience the soothing sounds and visuals of a roaring fire (hopefully with your heat turned on, too).
Getting into the seasonal spirit, Marvel and Coca-Cola have teamed up to bring to life a quartet of Marvel heroes' own fireplaces -- and they've shared them via hourlong YouTube videos. Each fireside clip includes details like Iron Man's collection of helmets, Ms. Marvel's lightning-bolt shirt draped over the back of her couch and Captain America's framed picture of Agent Peggy Carter. Inspired by some of Marvel’s greatest heroes, Marvel’s Fireside Heroes invites fans into the warming scenes of Captain America's traditional Brooklyn apartment, Ms. Marvel's humble New Jersey home, Thor's grand Asgardian chambers, Iron Man's posh Manhattan penthouse, and the Guardians' interstellar spaceship.
Play in succession or play your favorite in a loop. Each hour-long video transports you directly in the Marvel Universe next to the roaring fire of your favorite Marvel hero as they celebrate the holidays. Plus, fans should keep their eyes peeled and seek out a number of special Easter Eggs that only true Marvel fans will be able to spot.
