A new breed of heroes is coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the form of Eternals, which will focus on the titular race of immortal superhumans created by comic book legend Jack Kirby. However, even though the Eternals have not yet made themselves known to the rest of the MCU, Marvel Chief Creative Officer and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has revealed they've been keeping an eye on the Avengers.

"The Eternals know about the existence of the Avengers," Feige said at Comic Con Experience in Brazil, "the Avengers don’t know much about the existence of the Eternals...yet."

From Feige's words, it would seem a meeting between the Avengers and the Eternals might happen later down the line, especially since crossovers are a major part of the franchise. For now, though, the Eternals have their problems in dealing with the Deviants.

Directed by Chloé Zhao with a screenplay by Matthew and Ryan Firpo, Eternals stars Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Barry Keoghan as Druig, Gemma Chan as Sersi and Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, aka the Black Knight. The film arrives in theaters on Nov. 6, 2020.
